It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.

It was okay, short flight so nothing much to comment.

Good the crew was nice very kind and very helpful

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

This flight was leg 2 of 2 leg journey. The staff at baggage re-drop in Tokyo were fabulous. Once at gate when time to board, had to take standing room bus to the tarmac to board. Did not like getting out to plane and having to wait 5 minutes until they opened bus door.

I purchased the ticket online and went to do online check in amd the app wouldnt let me. I went to the airline desk and they couldnt confirm my ticket in their system. I ended up having to buy a ticket from the airline directly and paying twice for the same flight. The app wouldnt lwt me check in the kayak purchased ticket until after my flight was taken off.

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

Enjoyed all.. clean and FAs are very nice. Will most likely book again in the future.

Consider adding “N/A” to some review options. This flight had no food or entertainment.

Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.

The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.

LAX to San Francisco under UA was sooooo stressful! Flights was delayed and no assistance from the airline to the next flight. Flew UA twice and both flights highly distressful.

Delays, plane transfer due to malfunction, no entertainment, limited beverage service.

The organized check in , the delicious meals, in flight entertainment selection and most of all the friendliness of the flight attendants with prompt and personalized service..

Great first time experience on this airline. Very professional staff and great service.

Business class on ANA was awesome. There lie flat seats made it easier to sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was great and service was excellent.

Due to turbulence there was no inflight service, which is very understandable, The flight is very short, and safety is more important. There was a bit of a delay with take off, but was to be expected with the rain.

The staff are very kind ,friendly and helpful .This is my first time flying with ANA and surely will fly again.

Cabin crew were excellent in taking care of my mom as she boarded the aircraft from her wheelchair. Did not care much for the food served.
