Seats very small and unable to pre purchase internet or seat upgrades
The Qatar Airways staff pre-boarding and also on the flight from Dallas to Doha were incredibly mediocre and arrogant. Consider retraining these individuals Other flights were ok.
Being a platinum member, no attention given. No towel or tissue provided.
The staffs were very good and helpful especially since we were traveling with a toddler
Food could be much better. Entertainment needs lot of improvement. The luggage came out open with broken bags. The flight landed at 3:15 PM in US and by the time bags came out it was 5:15 PM or so. Staff at airport was aggressive and not polite.

Just snacks, could have more options.boarding was good. Everything else was good. We had a very bad experience with Qatar airways. We were deplaned a few minutes after boarding the flight. Had to wait 8 hours at the airport for the next replacement aircraft to take off. Had a harrowing experience. Were offered coupons for a small meal at the airport. Uncertainty caused a lot of stress and I got a cold and flu like symptoms.
Seats were not comfortable and touch free remote wasn’t working.
Cabin crew The only issue was that there was no space for our carry on luggage near our seats We had to put our luggage in a different wing And when I went to collect it, none of the crew knew where they placed our luggage
Liked the presentation and the seats. Did not care for the crew, they were efficient but not friendly and did not check if we needed anything
The crew were kind and very helpful. Did not expect food service. Was served a warm soft sandwich bread , was delicious. Overall the service, the staff were great. Highly recommend others to try Turkish Airline
We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.
Typically great service from Turkish with comfortable seat and amenitie, good food and great attention from staff.
Delicious food, comfortable and clean plane. It's a little cramped in the hall in front of the gate.

Boarding was much delayed, and there was no explanation ( obviously they were waiting for something or someone. ) Passengers were all crowded at the gate with anxiety. On the plane, the crew worked very hard on checking for safety and serving delicious food. They were polite and courteous.
I found the food to be surprisingly tasty. Loved the larger blanket and foot rests made a huge difference on overall comfort. The service was very efficient (but not very friendly:).
Not enough time to make our connecting flight. Long lines at every check point.
Connecting flight was cancelled due to strike and the earliest they could rebook us was 4 days later.
Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.
Frankfurt to Washington DC on Lufthansa served a snack on the flight that was veal cutlets. Very risky choice to serve on board. I chose not to ate them for a variety of reasons but I hope Lufthansa chooses differently in the future.
Never happened. We are still in Frankfort 3 days now with 2 children and no food or money. Flights canceled and delayed 10 times and counting.
The flight was delayed by an hour. We had a connection in Frankfort continue to JFK. After boarding, we heard that the Tower had put us on hold. We waited another hour before taking off. We missed our connection had to stay at a hotel woke up at 4:30 to make our rebook. Instead of being home on Sat at 8pm, we arrived on Sunday 2pm. On 4 hours sleep. Great !! I would like to avoid Lufthansa at all costs. They did not stand up for their screwup on the delay.

Connecting flight was cancelled. No ability to contact anyone from customer service on Kayak or Chatdeals side. Still stranded. SO NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE USING YOUR SERVICE
