It was good, on time boarding. Have a good service. .

Missed our flight with Cathay due to late Westjet plane and chaotic Toronto airport. Had to clear customs get bags and re check bags in an hour. Did not make it got lost not clear signage with bag drop off. West jet only allowed 1 checked bag for this international fluid. Cathay checked my second bag for free.

The crew and the food were excellent. The plane was kept quite clean.

After each meal was served I didn't see any flight attendant offer coffee or tea to the passengers after the initial drinks were offered. Other flights I had been one it was standard procedure to offer hot drinks after the meal service.

Better. I took an aisle seat this time. Although the overheard compartment above the seat ahead of me kept opening up during flight.

There is very little in the title" Premium" in the Economy experience with Cathay, Melbourne to Hong Kong. The seats are uncomfortable and the cabin with outdated 1990's decor and trim. The food service was sloppy and the leg room providing little to no advantage over regular economy seating. Infact, the Sunday flight was not fill occupancy and I would have done better saving the significant additional costs for the PREMIUM ticket and taken advantage of the seating. If you are a regular premium economy traveler of EMIRATES expecting the same experience on CATHAY, you will be disappointed. Emirates far superior.

Bad experience. Departure time delayed from 1610 to 1740. After the flight was pushed back, pilot said there was a technical issue on the aircraft and we couldn’t take off. Delayed another hour to solve it.

The first economy rows have remote space in the seat which eats in the seating space. The seats are also smaller compared to other airlines.

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

Average flight for which I paid too much for on a last minute purchase.

Was disappointed that we couldn't use our lounge passes as the booking was a group booking.

I never flew with alliance. Kayak is a joke and none of the flights or times were correct. Won’t ever use kayak again

My experience was great overall. Tanya was particularly friendly and helpful the entire trip. I was very pleased with her customer service skills. The plane was an older aircraft but the entire way was comfortable with barely any turbulence at all. Qantas should speed up its fleet renovation. Totally recommend using this airline.

I liked boarding the plane. The staff were rude, the food was appalling and the chairs the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced

Flight was canceled. I was not alerted. It was only kayak that alerted me

After already paying for excess luggage prior to flight, i was advised AT check in that i had to pay $816 or forfeit my flight! The lady at the counter was SO rude and had already started offboarding me when i said i would pay it after asking her three times for the exact amount! Have lodged a formal complaint yet heard nothing. Will not ever travel via Qantas again

I love flying with Qantas. There was no onscreen entertaining on this flight, and only a snack provided (not a meal) but still better than Jetstar or Virgin (in my opinion) so still happy.

Wheelchair assistance to move through the terminals and to/from the plane door was excellent. No vegan snack on the flight, only something with salami and cheese in it.

I have flown Qantas multiple times in the past it seemed this flight the plane had less seat room or the seats were way less comfortable than before. Everything else was about the same. Thanks

Boarding was over 3 hrs late and we didn’t land until almost 1:30am

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

I was glad that the plane was not totally full.

Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.

Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.

The crew were lovely and also attentive. The food was overcooked and hard to enjoy. Slept well enough .....so the seats are comfortable for sleeping and sitting.

Was on premium economy. Aside from the space that was less than expected, everything went well

Food could have been improved. I expected a bigger serving.

The flight was cancelled. I never flew with this airline

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.

Free wifi or cheaper wifi rate will be better. Or upgrade your entertainment system.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

VietJet was 2 hours late, but Kayak is not able to track my travel correct.

I have few bad reviews about VietJet, but my experience was really good and it worth every penny..

Not even free water. NO legroom. Narrow seats. Not enough room to even hold a book at reading distance in front of you.

No food? No movies? No water?? On an international flight, really???

Very bad experience and will never try their service again. Not even water serve for 8hr flight. Will have to wait for every prepurched to cimplete before can buy water.

Flight was okay. Seats were a bit cramped and not that comfortable, especially for a 7-hour flight, but you get what you pay for. Food has to be bought also so plan ahead. But if you can tolerate it then it’s not a bad deal! Staff are nice too.

Trip was only 40 minutes in duration....no food and no entertainment. Otherwise it was excellent!

Maybe there was something wrong with pressure sensor or something. my ear was very uncomfortable and many babies were crying like hell. It happened during landing.
