Vegetarian options should be included with every meal. Even just simple steamed vegetables and whole grains would capture a wide audience.

Flight from Hong Kong to LAX was late, the plane was grubby, overcrowded and hot. I recently flew Starlux and that was a MUCH better experience.

The bed was alright in business class. Food variety and quality were not up to the mark compared to the business class airfare.

Crew and food were great in-flight. We had a 2 hour delay, no communication, and just got left in a limbo. The crew arrived late and they were running checkouts on the plane (which is important, but why not doing it earlier?) Cathay did nothing to about the delay, and a lot of people missed their connection flights. I had to run and got stuck at checkpoint, which made my entire trip very unpleasant. Got to my gate 5 mins prior to them closing it.

Food , drink experience were great with Cathay. Crew service was excellent. Clean toilet and full snack bars always, pilot took of 26minutes later when boarding at Hong Kong with extra US customs check at gate 9 for US flight, but he managed to arrive only 2 minutes later from flight tracker. Smooth flight .

one hour transit not good. cathay pacific is not helpful at all

The flight was just ok, but the vendor made it exceptio ally bard to manage my own reservation and would not give me access. The blocked all of the one time pins to come to their email address which caused me.to go through them eceryrime to get seats see rhe reservation and even get wheelchair access for my sick 71 year old uncle. They only xommunicates via a bot which gave me incorrect info. I thought this was Kayak and not underprivileged. They ruined his trip, did not get him aisle seats and made it impossible to purchase extra leg room. It was a horrible experience. He was taken to hospital on arrival only to find he had blood clots and pnemonia while trying to navigate the airport. This vendor is very irresponsible and the airline could not access his info.

Overall, not good. Super late boarding in Hong Kong because some last minute issue with a plane. The boarding process is chaotic. Kathy Pacific should seek to do better with punctual departure time. Caused a lot of trouble with missed connecting flight.

Flew from lax economy on cathay 777. Seat configuration 3-4-3. When the forward seat reclines it feels like someone is leaning forward and staring you. If you are slightly big tray tables will touch your abdomen even with seats upright. AVOID this above 777 configuration at all cost for a long flight. However their Airbus 350 3-3-3 configuration felt spacious and Seats wider.

Flight was canceled. I was not alerted. It was only kayak that alerted me

Flight was 2.5 hours late leaving. We spent 50 minutes of that sitting on the plane with no explanation. They did reduce the time in the air so we arrived a little less late which was something. The cheese and crackers were okay but the wine was terrible.

Couldn't access entertainment on app as said in an email

Excellent as always, I won't fly to Australia, and back to the US on any other airline. The flight crew is always top notch, and have a way to make one feel extra special. Thank you for your service, I would rate Qantas Airways a 10+.

After already paying for excess luggage prior to flight, i was advised AT check in that i had to pay $816 or forfeit my flight! The lady at the counter was SO rude and had already started offboarding me when i said i would pay it after asking her three times for the exact amount! Have lodged a formal complaint yet heard nothing. Will not ever travel via Qantas again

A few more inches of legroom is all i ask

One of the best Qantas business flights I've had. Quality product

Business class points redemption - good value for points paid, dubious value if out of your own pocket, domestic class business product okay for this length of flight. The flight left and arrived on time, crew were good, aircraft was a bit old and tired, but still miles ahead of their competitors in Virgin and Jetstar.

Airline running better than post Covid, proper boarding process now implemented, some aircraft feeling a bit old and tired, crew fine, online experience better.

Five hour flight instead of four hours due to westerly headwinds which wasn’t the fault of Qantas !

My luggages were lost and the service attendant was extremely unprofessional. Despite presenting my luggage claim slips, the attendant stated she had “no record” of my bags and made no meaningful effort to assist. When I explained that the luggage contained our family’s complete scuba diving equipment, her response was dismissive, stating that she “didn’t care.” While lost luggage is frustrating on its own, the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy significantly worsened the situation.

Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Excellent! All flight related was memorable ! My first experience with Mabuhay Lounge,,, not so good

Great. Always great service and their pilots know how to land planes properly

Food could of been better. Crew was pretty much average. It was raining a lot on arrival, had to take a bus to immigration building,

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

You have to pay $25 to get access to smoking lounge. One coffee and small bottle of water coupon provided. Max time 2 hrs for two entries total.

Everything was very good but seats are small for a big man!

Theairline, both at the terminal and during the entirety of the flight were kept at uncomfortably cold temps. Maybe between 55 and 60 f. Those who had traveled with the airline before donned puffer jackets, wool hats and pulled blankets from their carry-on bags. The seat back entertainment also failed on my trip, leaving me for 12 hrs. With nothing. Seats offered enough room (barely) for a 6'1" frame, but it was pretty tight But the worst offender was the uncomfortable temp..

I was unable to check in online so had to line up at the airport. When I got to the counter? The staff told me I had to check my carry on luggage, which cost $70. When I boarded the plane, I saw many suitcases that were bigger and heavier than my carry on… so not sure how they were able to bring them on and I wasn’t …

Waited for 1 hour on tarmac because they couldn’t locate a tow truck. Flight was fine once we eventually took off.

Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.

The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.

VietJet is a discount airline like EasyJet, Flair or Spirit. I flew 3 flights in 2 weeks and all were Airbus 321's. 2 of the flights left and arrived on time and 1 left and arrived about 45minutes late. Seat pitch in economy is 29" but exit row seats have super-generous leg room. There are no power ports or entertainment of any kind. Food is best purchased on-line before the flight but there is a limited selection available in flight - cash only. The aircraft are clean and the airline is run as well as any other airline that specializes in economy passengers.

Our flight was 3 hours delayed and the airport was hectic as our boarding pass said one gate while the digital screens said another gate. Attendants were clueless and said to watch both! Vietjwt cared more about selling their merch than even providing any water for the 2 hour flight

Cheap flight but more expensive when the airlines demands you pay over 30$ for 1 kilogram overweight ( it is 8,2kg I have for carry on baggage) The flights announcement 2PM, and it departed 4 PM, no announcement for delaying, People says Vietjet is delayJet airlines in their blood.

Vietjet tried to steal extra money from passengers by forcing them to change the name on the ticket that was correctly filled in on an English form online when ticket bought online. I bought the ticket via a foreign website where the language is English, At filling in the passenger's name, it says middle name first, then first name, and last name, That the ticket done and printed. when my wife checked in the staff at the check in counter said that her name was written wrong, she must fill the name in Vietnamese style, writing the Last name first, then middle name, first name comes last, even though her name was not misspelled. At the aiport I asked the Vietjet customer service, if it is written in Vietnamese way, it will be wrong when she travel abroad ? The custom service could not answer. It took over an hour where my wife was thrown like a ball between the check-in counter, to the Vietjet customer service , then to passport control. The cost is 110,000 vnd for change place in vietnamese way, I thought if there are millions of passengers who have done the same mistake, how much money Vietjet raked in every year On the flight, it is not allowed to sit in the empty seats in front or next to me, I sat in the middle in a row where two big men were sitting, I really need to change seats but the crew asked to pay extra to buy the empty seats. It is petty and cruel of Vietjet. There is no other choice than the state-owned airline, then you have no choice but to swallow the bite

Our flight was delayed for about 3hours however the ground crew made it sure that we will not miss our connecting flight from Hanoi to incheon.

If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.
