I flew Business with my daughter and son. The service, friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the fully flat beds were phenomenal. Would definitely fly Turkish again soon.

The crew was awesome. My husband fell while traveling to the WC and got a head abrasion. The crew helped him greatly and a physician that was also on the flight checked him out as well. They all get an A+!
After arriving in Istanbul, the transit information on the electronic board showed a tight departure time, and the gate changed in the middle, making it difficult to make it on time.
So boarding is a little slow when you fly 787 but on the 777 the business class had its own entrance. The entertainment can be a little bit more up to date Other than that it was a great experience food and service was great
Food quality and the overall service of the staff and significantly decreased. The flight was delayed at the Istanbul airport and the passengers were kept onboard for more than 3 hours. The staff didn’t kept the passengers informed and everyone was upset.
They sell the option to select chairs in extrafly price level, but this is not true. I was not able to select the seats. The food was not the requested option. They suppously offer glutten free menu, but during the fly that was nos availble.

Good experience with Turkish Airlines. We will be back with Turkish in the future and look forward to upgraded business class on the 777 beginning in 2025 and on the Airbus 350 now.
the worst experience we had. they put connection label to our luggages with mistake and we had to wait for 5 hours to pick them up
Entertainment center did not work and no electric available at seat for 11 hour flight. Didn’t have access to overhead light or call button. Food was tasteless and had a high salt (27 %) of recommended daily salt intake

Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
United needs to figure out its Economy PLUS standards; its better than economy but that's not saying much. It seems like United stripped away all the basics for an international flight (such as In Seat entertainment) and repackaged some of them as plus. Would not fly United internationally again.
Flight was delayed due to weather and clogged toilet. Had to deplane. Flight was 3 hours delayed. Crew was awesome and offered water and snacks.
Great, my mom's flight was cancelled last min and the next day was my wedding day. The customer service and the desk at the airport did everything possible to get my mom on the soonest flight and she could make it to my wedding. Thank you
Flight cancelled due to fog. No other flights available for 36 hours. Directed by United to book passage on another carrier, and submit receipts for reimbursement. Did that. United now states they will not reimburse. Currently out 2 grand.
I was seated to an oversized overweight person that spread over to my seat. His shoulder overlapped my seat very uncomfortable.
