Fantastic service the managed to locate my checked bag on the plans as re-tagged it for my final destination.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.
Emirates First Class is always a treat with Caviar and service is always personalised.
The queue for checking for economy passengers was enormous! Only one desk open for economy faith s queue a mile long, whilst business and first class desks empty and unemployed. Will seriously consider changing to another next trip. Disappointed customer.
Wifi was not operational for the whole trip. Other than this, flight was well received .
Premium Economy is not worth the extra money you pay. You are neither economy nor business. The seat doesn’t recline enough to relax your legs. Maneuvering while seated is cumbersome. Don’t recommend Premium Economy at all.

We arrived in line for check in at 6:15 p.m. but did not check in until 8:00 p.m. The line for economy check in was very long, and all of the desks 03-13 were not open, although most of them opened sporadically. The crew on board were very nice and helpful, friendly and kind. It has been many years since we flew Emirates (at least 17 years), and we notice that foot rests are no longer available in economy, but we were lucky enough to fly in the upper deck and appreciate your opening some of your flights to economy passengers in the upper deck. We will definitely fly on emirates more often! Thank you.
Except for the uncleaned tray, and the delay in serving food for our section (which may have been due to the location of our row) everything else was good. The crew were very professional and responded to our requests promptly throughout the flight. We as a family were not disappointed by Emirates.
It was a disaster. The crew was so rude and had no professionalism. She dropped something onto the floor, then took it from the floor and put it into the food tray. Also, when she got some spilling, she went straight to the toilet, got some tissue and started cleaning the food trolley

My gag was left at liayad airport when I landed at jeddah airport 9 am I waited for my bags at jeddah airport till 2.45 pm almost 6 hrs bad very bad
Apart from chaotic boarding - which I totally understand was outside the control of gate staff. It was comfortable mid haul flight. Well done to cabin crew for their patience and hospitality with largely elderly passengers returning from pilgrimage.
The intettainme is old stuff and difficult to get by WiFi and the chair is not comfortable at all although the staff were excellent but beyond their limited
Overall a great experience, no movies were available. Bags were delivered a bit late. Seat controls were not working well. I couldn't make my bed fully flat.
It is almost 7 hours journey ,you should have provided with TV entertainment and mobile charging
i was not allowed to use lounge, although i had business class ticket, and nobody told me my ticket was not eligible to use lounge
The check-in has been the very best so far I didn't get to use my priority access which made me feel like a paid a higher price with no benefit for that I loved the food Very tasty and hot The staff friendliness, empathy could be better as it was not linear amongst the whole crew Otherwise, no complaints. Surprised at the lower quality of seats on the Boeing 777 in Business Class. Seats are tight and the whole Business class section is jam packed with seats. It doesn’t feel like Business Class at all. Also the way the tray tables are placed with a huge bulky solid metal hinge at knee level makes it so uncomfortable and always anxious that one will accidentally bang their knee on it. Quality of amenities has also declined. Over priced tickets with diminished quality of the entire experience.
It was OK as the seat which we paid for doesn’t have any window. We paid $120 for 3 seats but it’s for nothing. Crew could not help. None of the ports worked so all our phones went dry
I had a terrible experience checking in at the airport for my flight. I booked my ticket initially through Kayak while it was promoted as a ticket that offers a carry on and 2 suit cases. (I have a screen shot as a proof of it) I selected it to buy three tickets and paid online. Couple of minutes later airfare assist which is the OTA offering the ticket called me saying My card declined. So I used a different card that went through. I was surprised that they increased the price ticket by a $167. They said the ticket no longer exists and because my card declined I had to buy a new one. So I did. The day my family and I were traveling I could not check in and when I went to the airport I was shocked to be told my ticket had no bags allowed and must pay $200 per bag for three people 6 bags mean I have to pay $1200. I called the travel agency as I feel I was scammed the confirmation didn’t say anything about the bags and they never told me the new ticket doesn’t not include any bag so they changed it after I selected it on your app without informing me. Very sneaky. The travel agency said they will reimburse me only for one bag person. Which means I still paid $600 I still feel very disappointed to pay such an expense. I have always used Kayak to buy my flight tickets and telling everyone how good your rates and app are however after this I feel I was mislead and paid more for something I should not have to. You allowing such an agency on your platform will surely hurt your reputation and level of integrity. I have all the proofs from the screen shot to the confirmation email from them, the or email offering to reimburse o e bag per person and the $1200 bag fees receipts that I paid on the desk. I must be refund the full amount and I look forward to your response.

After paying for my seats, I was cramped, had no overhead bin space, freezing as the flight had no temperature controls, the food was awful and served cold, when asked for snacks was told to wait and then never received any. I booked this flight as a partner through American Airlines but will avoid in the future.

Well, I needed to make a change to my flight and I called the airline and they said yes no problem $700 and we can do that and I agreed to it so they canceled my tickets and went to rebook and came back after being on hold for an hour and a half and said I’m sorry, sir. There was an error. It is $2800 Now and I said never mind. I will just use those flights and she proceeded to tell me that they already canceled them because I said I was interested in doing the change. I told her yes for $700. I was fine with doing a change but not $2800 so give me my tickets back and she proceeded to tell me that she could not do that and I had to pay the $2800 to get my tickets back that I already spent $2800 on. So I had to book tickets on another airline to get home And that cost a lot of money too. I’m a little pissed off at Philippine airline right now because of what they did to me and I’m not sure I ever wanna fly with them again. I’ve flown with them plenty in the past, but this just really put a bad taste in my mouth.. Not to mention on my way there leaving Seattle going to Vancouver. I got to the airport three hours in advance and they had booked me through Alaska Airlines to do that little trip. My connecting flight would leave about six hours after I got to Vancouver BC. I stood in Alaska Airlines lying for a little over two hours and then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance. I kept telling the lady at the beginning of the line that I was afraid they were not gonna let me in because it was taking so long and she said oh don’t worry about it. You’re fine you’ve got time. Well I ended up spending $600 to get to Canada that night just to make my connecting flight because Alaska air wouldn’t do anything and Filipino Air told me it was Alaska air problem but Alaska air said since you booked through Philippine air, we can’t fix it. Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.

Did not have to leave plane. However found the wait tiring with nearly a full plane boarding at Male and being unable to get out of seat due to cleaners security and a full plane boarding with hand luggage. Staff were excellent despite a long and tiring flight due to stopover.
Everything about our return trip from Colombo to Manchester was excellent. Staff were brilliant all flights. Return flights on time and all staff were brilliant. The outbound journey however was marred by cancellation of Man to Bahrain flight. No information or staff assistance. Customer Service none existent. Told to make own arrangements by none interested or understanding telephone staff who said to make own hotel arrangements and be reimbursed. CS refused to reimburse hotel or lost lounge booking or taxi fees.
The boarding was late. The check-in board said boarding closed but the boarding hadn't even started. I have spine issue but not eligible for wheelchair since I can walk. But we were taken to a plane with stairs to climb. I requested support with the handcarry and was told that I shouldn't have booked this flight without wheelchair. Instead this information should be public if this plane has sky bridge or stairs. The infotainment system did not work either. And the plane was very loud with very less legroom in economy.

From the start of the check-in process, the associate was unprofessional and claimed that my ticket was incorrect, attributing the issue to Gulf Air. However, they failed to provide any clear explanation of what was wrong. After an extended wait of 45 minutes, the issue was resolved, and we were finally issued our boarding passes. Upon arrival in Paris, we faced further delays as the stairs to deplane were not functioning, resulting in an additional 45-minute wait onboard. This delay posed a significant risk of missing my connecting flight.
Had to discuss more than 15 min regarding wheelchair they gave only at the start location. No food serv in 1 st flight. Considering flight started at 10:00 pm so had to starve for dinner. Checkin screw was polite. Food in 2 nd and 3 rd flights was not good. It was too cold in the flights. Had to ask for blankets. Missed quality all thru, though the fare was on higher side
