No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."
Pros: "The CS is very good and we boarded the plane with a SWA level of efficiency."

Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.
Everything was ok except that one of my checked in baggage which was new lost 2 of its wheels and so I filed a complaint and hope they would give comoensation. otherwise, everything was good!

Pros: "the seat are comfortable. Flight stewards are responding to anything I need but on the downside, lavatories are clogged most of the time ( maybe because too many are using it.) Another issue is the travelers card, the letters are printed too small that seniors like me can't read it inspite of the fact that I'm wearing my eyeglasses."

Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama
Cons: "No entertainment, no place to plug in devices, extremely uncomfortable. The worst part was the Dixie cup of water served. Really?!? A bottle or larger cup would have broke the bank? Was so thirsty by the time we landed even though I had the attendants bring me water three times."

Surprised an inflight meal and two checked bags were included in my fare. Other international carriers would have charged extra! Hope this Korean Air economy carrier sticks around. Hope to fly them again!"
Cons: "The plane was on the old side with worn seat cushions. Not the most comfy for long haul flights. No pillows, blankets or inflight entertainment. Do bring your own blanket or jacket and do not forget the snacks!"

Pros: "We were actually on Korean Air, not Jin Air due to our change in schedule. Korean Air staff in Hanoi were truly excellent. They even followed thru so that staff in Seoul assisted us with our connection. We were very impressed. Korean Air's flight attendants have always been professional and courteous. The level of service is superior to most airlines we've used."

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.

Cons: "Flight was delayed 90 minutes. Boarding and departure lounge area was utter chaos because the Cebu Pacific staff were not clear about which flight waa boarding. The plane was horribly cramped. Extra seat rows had been installed to get more seating on the plane. That might be ok for the average 5'4" Filipino, but at 6'1", I literally could not fit my knees behind the seat in front of me. As a result I had to twist my legs into an uncomfortable position for 2 hours. Not fun."
Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
The check in process was horrible. We were not advised that a Visa was required. And during check in, we were told that it was only going to cost $8.00 but was actually $88.00. The female agent who checked me in last minute also gave me attitude and said to me, “galit ka pa ba?” Almost as if it were my fault thst I was frustrated. I work in the airline industry and work for a US carrier where we advise passengers if possible documents needed for travel. Not only was this female agents attitude rude and unprofessional, but she was acting as if she didn’t care about anything or whether or not I got in the flight. She kept insisting that “I wait for an email showing that my K-ETA was approved, but had I waited for an email, I would’ve missed my flight. I will never again fly on this carrier, even if they cost the cheapest, because my experience with the front line customer facing employees was horrible. Im also going to make sure I share this experience with family and friends via social media and word of mouth.
Not even water served - in the tropics, can at least give each passenger a small bottle! How much will that cost Air Asia? … less than 1% of a ticket price.
