Cons:The flight was late for three hours and as a result, we missed our connection to Hawaiian Airline and have to spend the night in Korea. They never explain why the flight was late and no apology was given

Cons:There were a lot of confusion w/ the flight delay. We we’re told we have to spend the night in Seoul waiting for a flight out the following day. No agent greets us at the gate to arrange for hotel stay. We we’re directed all over the place and no one knows anything about such arrangement. Finally we’re put on a plane to our destination. I was not informed of the change and only realized that when was brought to the gate and put on a plane. It should have better organized and needs agent at gate to answer question.

Pros:One of the crew members likes to rush passengers which was unnecessary. They need to give people time to get situated. First time I saw a crew member exhibit an impatient behavior. Even when she is serving she has that rush manner. Not good. Unprofessional! I wish I can remember her Korean name. I don’t think she likes her job. The other ladies were courteous except her! ( Seoul to Jfk NY trip).
Cons:Food selection was very mediocre . The beef was hard to chew. The scrimp pasta had 3 pieces of tiny shrimp and all pasta. Will not recommended this airline or fly with this aircraft. Should have stayed with Cathay Pacific.
