The experience was not as pleasant returning as leaving. Went through clearance twice, crew was not as customer focused.

The crew manager let the staff down by not ensuring special dietary requirements meal were coming in drips . The poor cabin crew did not stop . If organised the cabin could take a short break ..The cabin crew were AWESOME UNLIKE THIER TWO MANAGES!

More leg room and comfortable seats at least for long flights

Superb experience. I hope they bring back the fast track option at Heathrow immigration.

Me and 2 other rows were forgotten during food service. We waited over an hour before they finally served our food. Then only had what was left. They did apologize. Also, they locked the bathroom due to turbulence and my 4 year old had to pee himself because they wouldn’t unlock it for him.

Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.

Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks

Serving food took so long . Almost time close to lend. Plus during landing air pressure in cabin cuss ear blocked took long time to unblock.

The amenities offered in the Business class is far away less compared with other Air Companies. Emirates is going down in the competition pricing the same value as Qatar airways for example.

I wish any of the US airlines operated like Emirates

It was a long flight but overall a good one. The one thing that I would comment on is that there is a real problem with disposable plastic products when it comes to the meal service. It would be great for Qatar Airways to find ways to make its meal service more circular and reduce the immense amount of waste.

The flight was good but my neighbor had the vent open full power for the whole flight and because the air was blowing from the side instead of from the top and I got very cold and ended up with a sore throat.

They have misplaced my one checked bag which I have not received in Philadelphia and have lodged complaint with American Airlines, the staff of Indigo was rude with us, at the checking counter, I think she purposely withheld my one of the checked bag, because the American Airlines staff told me that bag was not received at Doha airport. Kindly help me with one of my checked bag to get it. My flight was from Mumbai to Doha and then Doha to Philadelphia.

It was pretty good overall. I just wish the crew didn't have to interrupt you every five seconds to ask you if you wanted anything, I mean that's what the help button is for. When someone is tired and sleepy and still getting their bearings, turning on DND button is maybe not the first thing on their mind.

I liked the overall service and comfort. The only annoying thing was paying for excess baggage at the airport. They have limited options and they don't take all cards.

Very bad. We booked 8 months in advance for 2 people but couldn’t get seats together. Food was so bad I couldn’t even eat.

Transit , Too long for terminal change, for a moment I thought Qatar airlines going to Los Angeles by bus. Please make transit convenient and quick.

There was no phone charger, uncomfortable seats, unprofessional flight attendants, didn’t like food

Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. The drinks should come before food. Unable to have any fluid unless after food. Thanks

Gulfair were on top form and everything went as planned

The entertainment on board was really poor. The map doesn’t give enough information and the movies have arabic subtitles, you can’t choose. The stuff wasn’t very friendly and the breakfast really poor. The food must not be spicy! They didn’t have enough drinks.

Aircraft was new and comfertable .on time. Cabin crews, which I got english language pronounce was very difficult to understand .ovee all ok flight

The boarding at Heathrow is chaotic. That's partly due to the lack of space and seating at gate 8, and a Qatar flight from gate 9 at the same time. That's down to Heathrow rather than Gulf Air. I've had a similar experience here before. Another problem which isn't specific to Gulf Air or Heathrow is announcements, and those for boarding in particular. They are difficult to hear with all the other noise and for me with hearing problems it's even worse. A simple tv screen would help, so long as it's updated of course.

This itineray had to be cancelled as the connection time in Paris was only 55 min which is below the 90 min required by Paris airport. Nether Chat deal/Kayak, nor Gulf air nor American Air picked on that. I called American Air for unrelated question was then told that boarding would be denied due to the short connection time. This should have been an automatic notification from Chat deal/ Kayak or Gulf air and itinery cancelled. What is the point of inconveniencing the passenger?? The return has still not be refunded. Shame on Gulf Air, very poor customer service for an airline that has so good flight crew!
