I slept during flight so didn’t eat at all. Very kind flight attendants.
The flight was canceled due to a mechanical problem. The rebooked flights were snot good. Many complexities. Will not use a third party booking again.
Not much world movies especially other Asian countries movies (only Japanese movies)
The airline sent a a very nice flight attendant to pick us up at the Chicago airport and walked us to the gate because the earlier flight was delayed. Then we didn't miss the flight. The customer service was amazing and outstanding! We appreciate the staff members so much!

Pros: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.

And that is a total not agreeable we are 3 people riding the plane myself and my kids and we did not have anything to eat. Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!
For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.
