Amazing airline accommodations. The cabins were so great. The food was very good and the flight attendants were so nice. Made a 15 hour flight seem easy.
My journey with Qatar Airways from Ahmedabad to Jacksonville on 3rd February 2026 was truly exceptional. The entire experience reflected comfort, care, and world-class service. The vegetarian meals were thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and served with attention to detail, along with a fine selection of snacks and beverages. This journey perfectly showcased the premium standard Qatar Airways is known for, and it left a lasting impression. I would gladly fly with them again.

excellent! movie selection just ok, but everything else was wonderful.
The boarding process was awful-the computers were down and there was no way to check in. Took extremely long, very chaotic and no guarantee our bags were even getting on the plane. I was also delayed and took away from any time i had to catch a connecting flight.
Looks like a local flight. Food was horrible. No entertainment system.
Qatar maybe considered one of the best ailines in the world but nowadays it is much of a muchness with the rest

Crew and food was good, ok leg room if you don’t have a big box under the seat. And the seats are so narrow (I’m only 70kg), will consider an alternate airline next time

We got delayed three hours and nobody thought to have the bathroom fixed while we were sitting waiting to board? took a full hour to have maintenance come and check it off. Had to shut the bathroom down twice so that the pilots could go to the bathroom. Everyone missed their connections.
Staff are not helpful, our flight was cancelled due to aircraft problem
Plane outlets in my row not working to charge phone. Staff response was, well it should be. Plug into seed for volume not working well. Had to find the sweet spot for plug in or it would shut off and on.
Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues
United airlines has the best customer experience from booking to arrival. I always fly United airlines. The mileage program is excellent
Very turbulent trip made it pretty bearable, plus the lack of refreshments served and the lack of any air conditioning before takeoff which took an hour or more.

Very nice flight love the small aircraft. We had a wonderful flight attendant. Nice to see someone that really enjoys her job. Don't have her name but had a southern accent.
