It was terrible. sat on airplane 2 hours then flight was canceled. made to pick up bags and go through Panama immagration to rebook another flight. worst experice ever at a airport.

The seat was comfortable. There was a lot of turbulence. If it weren't for that,it would have been okay.

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

Comfort, don't think I will fly United again not worth the money to be packed in like a sardine.

Food and drink service was very low quality. The flight attendants in business class must have been short some staff. Service was sluggish and not much English was spoken

The head flight attendant made the trip excellent. He was very accommodating.
