The staff was so kind and very helpful. I had to use handicap wheelchair services and was so thankful for how well they treated me during my whole trip. Thank you so much. Jessie took time to explain his service and what part he played and how others was going to be available to help. The flight attendants was so helpful in helping me get to my seat. Made me want to plan my next trip with United Airlines. I usually use Delta.
Crew was wonderful and attentive. Chris (I think that was his name as I was seated in the back in 52F) was amazing and funny. The captain was informative and did everything to get us to Denver as close to on time as possible. Bags came quickly at baggage claim. Online check in would not allow me to change my seat 24 hours ahead of time with dozens of seats showing open and I really do not enjoy being in the back of the plane for long international flights.
My only concern was that we were on the tarmac for so long and weren’t told what was happening. It turned out that the system needed to be restarted but it would have been nice to know earlier.
Check in and boarding were very easy. Quite good food and a complimentary glass of wine with dinner. The acoustics on the TV difficult at times, and the options extensive though not very updated.
