At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

As posred earlier the crew was very accommodating & professional. Thank You Allen
All though you can not help it the kids was loud and unruly, The crew was very accommodating and professional. Thank You Allen.
No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.
Our seat tv didn’t work All the rest was perfect
The flight was delayed instead of leaving at 11 it left at 12.20
The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.
If United expects people to use their own devices for entertainment they should put charging outlets in each seating area. I arrived with 14%battery power. That is not good when you arrive anywhere and need to communicate for transportation.
Great crew, friendly. Found the trip long just sitting with no onboard entertainment
The flight and crew were fine. The entertainment- the sound was so bad through the headphones I could barely understand it and it was a show I had seen before. The food might have been fine but having to have an account with united in order to access the app in order to pay for the food was rage inducing. I had entered my credit card info at home and logged in as guest but that wouldn’t allow the “wallet” tab to open in the app. And then the wifi was so bad that it took about 45 minutes to fully log in and get all the info working at which time I missed the food. You shouldn’t have to give your address, email and phone number in order to get a hamburger.
The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.
Crowded flight, but upbeat and kind crew. Pilot greeted us at door, flight attendant thanked a number of “special” passengers for their business, another addressed an eight-year old boy as “young man.” United obviously trying to up their game, but though all of that is nice and notable, flying still feels like moving along a human assembly line, being herded into one small space after another (boarding areas with too few seats, planes with limited personal space, shuttles (IAD) packed too full.
I like that it was a direct flight from MNL to SFO but it was such an old plane with worn out facilities. I bought my ticket in first week of November but I still had to pay extra $54 just to get aisle seat 38C. Realizing it was a long 12+ hour flight, I tried to find exit row or bulk head seat but none was available. I was forced to pay another extra $175 to get seat 35C which was shown as "Economy Plus" which I expected to be more legroom, more seat recline and better food. When I reached seat 35C, it wasn't any different from an ordinary economy aisle seat, to my utter dismay! No extra legroom, not extra degree recline, no better food, not even slippers! I felt cheated paying extra $229 and didn't get the supposedly better "ECONOMY PLUS" 35C seat! Besides, I still had to board in group 5! Toilets weren't kept clean and dry. More senior flight attendants weren't as attentive and prompt during meal service. Many times they brushed the carts right into my shoulder or knee. To help them out, I also had to walk up to the galley to get water myself. Now I worry about my return DEN/NRT which I paid extra $300 for United Premium Plus 21C if it is indeed Premium Plus!
