At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
Flight delayed from Cape Town to Washington then got diverted to miami and in miami we had to fend for ourselves , im still trying to get to Shreveport now
It was delayed several hours which delayed our connection in Denver. Not happy.

one hour to board connecting flight from frankfurt trying to beat the far Z gate and with immigration of USA ppus waited for delayed boarding in gare for an hour and fly half gour late worst transit im frankfurt this airlines are for profit passengers are victim of dysfunctional airline frankfurt so crowded restroom are too small
Flight was canceled 12 hours before take-off due to “weather”
The food was terrible and they lost my luggage which created a lot of issues.
The 787 Dreamliner was probably the smoothest aircraft I have ever flown on. Made for a lovely trip
The whole ordeal was a fiasco, the flight was delayed which made me miss my next flight and I had to spend the night in Munich. The german airlines customer service was very, very, very rude and total jerks. I do not recommend using Lufthansa to anyone.
It was a good flight. The entertainment could be better.
The plane was diverted to San Jose (original destination was SFO) due to weather conditions and we have been waiting inside the aircraft for 4 hours to get refuelled. Apparently the airport was refusing to refuel us or something like that. We are still inside the aircraft and have been travelling for over 24h. Very bad experience.
