Crew was friendly. Seats are too narrow, particularly when a big person is in the adjacent seat, but I understand this is due to smaller planes usually flight into Lincoln. I have experienced several flight delays going out and coming into Lincoln airport, I say maybe 50% or higher of the flights I've taken out of this airport have been delayed.

Lounges are packed and very poor, food is really bad, for business class in an airline is well below expectations

It was a more comfortable seat don't get stuck in middle, makes for uncomfortable situation

Food and drink service was very low quality. The flight attendants in business class must have been short some staff. Service was sluggish and not much English was spoken

The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.

Wifi Bluetooth features for watching in flight movie was horrible. Screen kept blacking out no connection of sound although it said connected. Other than that smooth trip .

Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi

So bad, flight was been cancelled due to aircraft problem, so ended up buying anothet ticket.

The flight was delayed for 1:30 hours for maintenance issues. They should give more information about connecting flights. For a Business Cabin the Crew was mediocre.

Staff on board was excellent. Positive upbeat helpful- like it used to be.

Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

Check in process was excellent. Lounge needs improvement. Food not palatable and no good choices.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.

It’s sad how legacy airlines feel like budget airlines now. Cramped space Non reclining seats No inflight entertainment (need to connect via your own device) Saving grace is the crew. Truly nice and sincere service.

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.

It was great! The flight was on time and had a smoother flight
