Cons: "Communication with passengers about the 7 hour flight delay I experienced. We were not given food and drink vouchers"
Cons: "the business class seats were not comfortable, badly designed. also it seems some staff (i think manager) are just sitting around, only one young guy was really doing all the work."
Cons: "We were left behind because of the long line and slow service. On top of that, they open all our eight luggages that made four of us missed our flight and the rebooking fee is too expensive. We'll never fly with PAL again. It cost us a fortune because of their poor customer service."

Cons: "The flight was terrible. The boarding process was improperly conducted causing a lack of overhead space in the baggage storage overhead. The entertainment system was broken and the flight transfer process was terrible and confusing. I had the worst trip in over 300 life time trips. I felt like the price was way too high for the service I received! I need a partial refund at a minimun."
Pros: "During mid flight, I called an attendant to ask for water and she arrived with one already without asking for it. She is nice and prompt."
Cons: "BUSINESS CLASS - After watching a YouTube video about PAL business class, my wife and I got sold to the idea of upgrading. We tried to do so on online check-in but the system wouldn’t allow us to change our seats. So we tried to buy the upgrade upon our baggage check-in but the attendant told us that we couldn’t for it is fully booked. We even tried to buy an upgrade to premium economy but was given the same answer. We told the attendant that it’s okay and thank you for checking. But as we were boarding, 3 people in front of us got upgraded to business class for free. This was very upsetting as there was no reason nor any explanation given to us. HOLDING GATE - On top of the above mentioned are the unorganized boarding. We were asked to scan our bags and our passports/boarding pass checked just to be at the gate. At the gate “holding area”, we couldn’t have water and there are no washrooms. If we wanted to have water or go to the washroom, we’d have to go out of the holding area and line-up and get scanned and our documents checked again. Mind you, this process was done already before entering the boarding area. PAL just redundantly did it at the gates. And there’s not enough seats for the waiting passengers at the gate. I saw people sitting down on the floor waiting for boarding. MABUHAY LOUNGE - My wife and I inquired about if we could buy access to the lounge but was declined. The reason given to us is that the lounge is only for business class flyers. There are no other lounge area in the Terminal 2. FOOD CHOICES - There are not a lot of food choices in Terminal 2. They have some for snacking but if you’re waiting or flight gets delayed, there’s a big chance that you’d end up eating the same food again. WILL I FLY PAL AGAIN? - My wife and I are frequent flyers. With all these reasons, until PAL get it together and do things the right way, we would not recommend nor fly PAL. Flight PR116 MNL-YVR July 22, 2018"
Pros: "I liked that the lady at the front desk turned us away and we weren’t able to board our flight due to not having a passport that extended out six months to expiration."
Cons: "I did not like the fact that I booked my flights months in advance and would have done this adjustment with Our ample time and not one person informed us about our passports from kayak or Philippine Airlines. It was disgusting that I had to lose my flight and not even receive any kind of courtesy from them or you as far as even a partial refund or any kind of acknowledgement. We just booked other flights without your product. Terrible experience. i am just appalled at the kind of service kayak offers."

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

Cons: "Because they over booked our flight and had weight restrictions due to winds, they off boarded everyone’s checked in luggage. They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts."

Pros: "Never had the chance. Becoz I miscalculated the date. I needed a June 2nd Depart MLA to LGP. I tried to get @ least half the price and so I can rebooked my flight but the CEBGO Airline says the ticket."
Cons: "since I miscalculated the date of the trip, my bad, CEBGO could have been @ least given me half the price and so I can pay to rebook another ticket. I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it."

Cons: "My flight was over three hours delayed,then they gave us a 2 hour late flight and I missed my joining flight to Boracay.Had to get a hotel miss a night in Boracay and buy another ticket and Cebu wouldn’t compensate anything!"
Cons: "I was disappointed when I was told I must check my carryon bag because it was 2 kilos too heavy and must pay 1000 pesos to check it then watch as other passengers carrying bags much larger and heavier than mine walk on to my flight unmolested. I thought this unfair since the bag in question had travelled with me since Dallas on 3 different planes"

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.
Cons: "I will never fly with them again they tried to charge me 114 us dollars for 1 bag. I only paid 43 dollars for my ticket.."
