The flight staff was wonderful, especially Jessica, who was extremely friendly and attentive. The food on the plane was ample and delicious. The only negative experience I has was that I was pulled aside for an enhanced security screen at the gate, after my ticket was scanned and I lost my place in line for boarding and went from number 3 in line for zone 1 boarding to actually getting on the plane with the zone 2 and zone 3 travelers. I was almost dead last in getting into the business class section. That's a lot of money to pay for a business class ticket to get pulled aside for nothing.

The seats weren’t comfortable and the foot rest was broken.

Exceptional performance and service. All staff members and crew members extremely polite. Great boarding experience from Taipei to Clark, loading passengers from rear of plane to the front. Only suggestion is to get people to curtail trying to so much as carry on.

Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.

The food was amazing good especially for evonoply. The seats were comfy more then usually..crew was very nice and helpful.

The overall experience with STARLUX was phenomenal. One of the best highlights for me was the smooth landing in LA(smoothest landing I’ve experienced ever) and the attentiveness of all your staff from check-in to boarding. Also, flight left and landed between airports on time. I highly recommend Starlux to my family and friends and I’m excited to fly with you again.

We are scare because almost missing the fligh from Seattle to San Diego ! Starlux not have enough members for servicing with wheel chairs? We almost left behind , so we must walking !?

I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!

Business Class is a luxury that can be quite addictive. The priority and VIP treatment is great. We found a new favorite airline for our travels.

Picked our seats when we purchased this flight (2 seats alone on the right) but were assigned two middle seats in the middle row at the gate. Very disappointing for a 10 hour+ flight, and what is the point of picking and paying for seats ahead of time when they just reassign us?

The flight was delayed and food was averiage - only sandwich. The flight attendants were good and gave outstanding customer service 👍🏼

Service was great, and the premium economy seating was very comfortable. The food was good.

Aircraft was late getting to the gate - probably due to weather. We left the gate one hour late and had to wait another hour since we lost our slot in the takeoff queue. Our box was very wet and was falling apart when we got to Clark. It appears that luggage was exposed to weather in TPE while waiting to be loaded. Crew, however, handled the delay well and was able to provide planned service.
