Has a major issue with my seat that I paid a premium price for. On the airline website, it showed the seat as the front row. In reality, there was another row in front of me. When I asked the company about it they told me that the front row was reserved for children with bassinets. On both the going and coming back, there were adults in the row in front of me. Coming back, there was a young child in the row to my right with a bassinet who cried constantly, so kept me awake during the long trip back. So I paid for a premium seat that was not premium! Needless to say I will not fly Starlux again.
I liked the space of the bathroom. The seats were not as comfortable for such an expensive cost the the foot rest was broken. A small child cried for several hours and I thought the FA would have assisted the family to calm the child.
STARLUX Airlines has great staff and crew. Well organized for quick boarding of such a large plane out of Phoenix to Taipei. Interior of the aircraft was that of deluxe aircraft.
Was not able to buy wifi on the plane given, not available for economy tickets. Was not clear when buying the ticket that this was the case.
Customer service in Hanoi needs work, outside of that, everything was good.
Premium economy seats that I paid extra are not worthed.there was not much difference from the regular economy seats yet I paid alot more for it Disappointed
Leg room was great. Friendly crew. Food is great. Crew always kept the toilet clean.
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼

It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!
Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation
Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.
