Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. I felt that the whole experience went very smoothly. The aircraft was extremely clean and tidy on boarding. The cabin crew were beautifully turned out very, very efficient and were a credit to Singapore Airlines who are now my favourite carrier.
Overall were very good and I was satisfied w/ all the food and services.

I wish there was a little more leg room between the seats. The recline was good and seats overall were comfortable. I also didn’t like the 2-4-2 configuration.

Emirates did great! I liked the service, the food, cleanness, and the flight was on time. Much better airline than Qatar Airways I flew with last year.
There is an issue with A380 when it arrives in Munich, because a business class passengers like me have to wait for the first class passengers to disembark, which takes some time while you are also offloading economy passengers this causes an issue at customs where your business class passengers end up behind a large bulk of economy passengers This is a frustration and the early dislocation should be and is supposed to be a benefit of business class
Emirates A380s are always wonderful to fly on. Their crews, food and service are always excellent. They are typically on time and the only thing I would change (maybe newer or upgraded aircraft have this) is bluetooth so I can pair my noise cancelling headphones without a cable.
Very poor boarding experience with these remote gates and buses. Also these 777s bardy need a remodeling. Entertainment is a bit laggy. Food and crew is still among the better, but they seriously have to do something with these remote gates.
Seat is too small. Food selection is limited and often ran out of selectable item.

Staff was very courteous. Plane was clean and quite spacious even in the last rows. Veg food could have been better.
My seat had many issues. First the chair was broken where reclining was difficult. My usb plug was also broken so charging was impossible.
Boarding on any airline is a hot mess. Load your pivilaged passengers, then back to front. Back to front.
Indian Vegetarian food was bland and I had to repeatedly ask for Salt. Movie selection is out dated.
Problems with entertainment system eventually rectified. Cabin crew attentive and polite but a bit absent minded when it came to remembering requests, salt, sugar etc.

Poor links to cathay meaning it's not possible to check in online or reserve seats. Incorrect information provided by cathay regarding check in and transfer at HKG. Delay in flight required is to be escorted / run to make the connecting flight and no opportunity to use the business lounge. Luggage did not make the connection so we arrived in Manchester with no luggage

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.

My luggages were lost and the service attendant was extremely unprofessional. Despite presenting my luggage claim slips, the attendant stated she had “no record” of my bags and made no meaningful effort to assist. When I explained that the luggage contained our family’s complete scuba diving equipment, her response was dismissive, stating that she “didn’t care.” While lost luggage is frustrating on its own, the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy significantly worsened the situation.
Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!
Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Overall experience is good but if the food menu can change to authentic Malaysia food will be good. I.e. Nasi Lemak, Char Kueh Tiew and etc
Surprised that the safety briefing was only conducted in Malay language and no English despite there are foreigners on board. MH should take safety more seriously.

OK seats comfortable, easy boarding/embarking, excellent connection to domestic Malaysia flight with baggage checked through without customs. Catering especially drinks borderline ok luckily less important aspect
Comfortable seats in economy, managed a few hours sleep in an o night flight but the food was terrible. Surprising as Malaysia airlines has been good in the past. Service was mediocre this time too.
