Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all
I missed the flight. I never got on. That sucked.

Food we select all the airlines, but they said not selected, it’s bad experience.
My seat was so hard and uncomfortable. I took AA to Japan longer flight no tailbone pain. Coming back on JA shorter flight my tailbone was killing me no cushion on seat or just worn out.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.
Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Great. Better than average US carriers on overseas flights. Still room for improvement to rise up the average Asian and Middle East airlines.
The plane was dirty, there was trash in the seat pocket in front of me.
Flight was on time, clean, etc. Despite connecting to your wi fi I was unable to use your app to watch entertainment.
Awful!!!. I do not recommend United. The flight staff are unhappy and don't attempt to make the passengers feel comfortable or welcome. The food is not edible, and the seats are miserable. My expensive luggage was destroyed, and the ticket prices are too much for the experience.
Even though the incoming flight was delayed by 20 minutes they managed to get us to SFO 15 minutes early.
United didn’t even try to hold the flight for me. They knew I had a tight connection and when I arrived at the gate less than 10 mins after final boarding the flight had already gone. The gate agent wasn’t even notified that I was on my way. She was told I wasn’t at the airport
Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!
I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.
This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.
Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!
Flight attendants rude and impolite… flight delayed by almost 5 hours.
Ok so apparently the new policy on United Airlines is that customers in the main cabin should NEVER be served more than once and besides picking up trash there should NEVER be another interaction with the customer for any reason.
