On time, organized boarding, good food and entertainment-plane was clean, comfortable, well-maintained and updated.
The flight was delayed and the service was not good. All the new serve was beef and we don’t eat beef so we ended up buying our own meals at the airport twice.
The plane seemed pretty old and the food was not good
Boarding was a mess, no one managing the queues. I got my meal as the pilot announced starting commencing descent and basic drink not available. No air bridge so takes forever to deplane the A380 onto buses.
The food options for children is limited The business class bed is not fully lie flat, and this is an uncomfortable sleep
When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.
Surprised how empty comfortable seats in economy were not offered by crew to tall passengers. Felt like courtesy hall mark of emirates is changing. We were told in order to get those seats we have to pay $210. Not the emirates I know from past travels.
Amazing service and food. However I didn’t get chance to choose my own seat which bothered me a little.
Emirates flights always nice. Service rendered by the staff is superb.I am always comfortable in Emirates flights.
Food was not eadable. Testless and not apealing. order for indian vegitarian, recived spice less. combination of main course and side iteams are far away from traditonal food, serve less iteams. , but eadoble. Thanks
The pilot was late so we didn’t take off til almost 2 hours late.
Horrifying Almost 2 million miles. Bring your own food and drink. One coffee or drink every three hours. Have to order meals on app more than 24 hours ahead Tiny and dirty bathrooms
The aircraft was older, had limited entertainment options and no wifi on board. The flight attendants weren't the friendliest, but they were okay. Overall an okay flight.
I've been flying American mostly, and it's been very frustrating. This united flight makes me realize maybe the issue isn't flying, but the airline. United was a significantly better experience. The plane was more comfortable, with a normal amount of leg room (vs the ridiculous reductions AA has made), more comfortable seats, screens to watch movies. It was a much better experience!
The entertainment available didn’t work for anyone on the flight. Long 6 hr flight with no entertainment option and the staff didn’t know until an hour into the flight when we made sure they knew about it. They had no way to fix it.
Crew was dismissive. Snacks and refills not offered. Poor business class experience. Bed not comfortable compared to Emirates or BA.
It was so uncomfortable for 14 straight hours it was torture
IT WAS A LONG TIME SINCE THE LAST TIME I TRAVELED. I THOUGHT I WAS TO BE LOST BUT EVERYONE WAS PRETTY NICE WITH ME AND MADE MY EXPERIENCE NICE. THANKS
Why does it have to be painful to fly long distances?
The flight and staff was very good However: we could not check in using the website. We got the reminders and updated information but could not check in on either flight. And we did have the United App. Also just a tip for fellow travelers - going through customs in Chicago Ohare Airport it terrible.
