I always preferred EVA air every time I visit Philippines. It’s just this time that I have to be very early to make sure that I don’t miss my flight due to TSA problem. There’s only one choice of food serve which you use to have 2 on our flight from Taiwan to Philippines . Otherwise I will still use EVA air in my future flight.

There’s only one choice of food serve which you use to have 2 on our flight from Taiwan to Philippines . Otherwise I will still use EVA air in my future flight.

EVA canceled me out of the return flight from Manila to Spokane so we had to rebook and repay. Very unprofessional!! Still have not returned home!!

My flight was amazing smooth and the attendants were so friendly and nice

Amazing customer service. BUT!! It would be nice if the flight attendants SMILE a little more, I know they are doing their job, but it is importantly to smile back and be warm to passengers. Nobody is trying to hit on them, it’s just being polite. So, please Taiwanese flight attendants: SMILE MORE WHEN YOU INTERACT WITH PAYING CUSTOMERS

This flight was even more crowded that Singapore to Taipei, an extra row of seats and an additional 4th seat in the middle made it extremely crowded. No leg room, no width for room. Terribly uncomfortable flight. The food was disgusting. We will never fly EVA Air again.

Very nice, I feel I got good value for the price.

My seat arrangement was good with Eva Air. The toilet sanitary was good ( hand wash, face moist spraying, fresh air spray, hair moisturizer). But the Asian movie selection was not great at all.

Overall is good. But Asian movie selection was not great at all. And also more snack food to give out

Certain flight crew member were rude and short with me when I asked questions.

Flight attendants are polite and pro. Missing of on flight entertainment is a big miss for a ordinary airline.
