Wonderful in-seat entertainment with seatback screens and huge selection of quality movies. The ability to bluetooth connect headphones was amazing.

The head flight attendant made the trip excellent. He was very accommodating.

Terrible because it was cancelled due to volcanic ash clouds in Guatemala while all other airlines kept flying. Had to pay for a hotel to stay overnight in Houston and try to fly next day.

Flight attendants had a little attitude. Food tastes no good.

Staff are not helpful, our flight was cancelled due to aircraft problem

Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues

They lost my luggage, so, not happy. The crew was nice but my suitcases never made it, still trying to find out what happened!

Everything was absolutely wonderful from check in to baggage claim. Staff was very professional and sweet. Will definitely recommend United to family and friends.
