Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again
The seats are very uncomfortable just was not a pleasant experience
my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.
A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.
Overall it’s very acceptable I will gave an A.
Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.
We did booked shorter layovers but flights changed and layovers are too long good thing Philippine Airlines give us a hotel in manila but here Vancouver to Calgary too long layovers and there is enough sets to wait closer to air canada and they will open 4am.we were here 1 am .our flights schedule for air canada 8:10am.we paid expensive flights but not happy of lay over Vancouver to Calgary.
Seats is too small for me, but it’s only 1 hour so I guess it’s ok
I thought it was inappropriate that crew let some passengers in the back in full rows move to empty premium exit row seats when others had paid a lot for premium seats.
Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down
flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..
i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
The front desk and early check in was fantastic and the flight did not have any turbulence

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.
