Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

My original flight was rescheduled & EVA did a good job rescheduling my flight & connecting flight.

Everything was fantastic! The crew really went above and beyond to make it a great flight. I felt cared for with EVA.

Liked the check in process, the service, and bathrooms being cleaned and stocked regularly. Food could have been better. I suggest serving some snacks or sandwich mid way some time after dinner and before breakfast.

On time. Easy online check-in. But always give me a middle economy seat with wacky passengers (or even a seat next to the toilet room). Also could be more courtier staff.

We were in the middle far back of the jet. I was bumped or felt every step walking past hundreds of times as the crew and public made their way from the bathroom or galley. It was also the coldest flight I have ever been on.

我在柜台被拒绝办理登机，因为我拿的中国护照。我没有台湾签证，有美国绿卡也没用。关键是没有任何人事前告知，从美国飞回去的时候也没人提醒说你回来的行程会有问题。然后票也退不了。我其实提前一天在网上check in了，航空公司应该在看到证件是中国护照时提醒一下。

wanted hindi vegetarian meal but that as a no-go

The crew spoke Chinese to every Asian person. I even did not understand anything. So rude. If they don't know passengers’s nationality, they have to speak a common language in English. They lost my luggage. I didn't have it now. I don't know where is my luggage. They lost it. So terrible airline. I will never use it again.

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.

Great flight, although I flew out of ONT and that is where my car is, lol

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

3 of the 4 flights had delays despite the weather being fine, but still managed to make all connections

Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

The flight was cancelled without any reason. But the next flight to Shanghai has to be cancelled to pay penalty.

The landings were smooth . Being unable to check-in online was terribly stressful and the queue at Haneda exemely long. We paid extra for window seats and did not get them.

You’re in the three parts of my life, the China Eastern air crew remembered and wish me happy birthday. I was given pastries on two different occasions and a complementary drink. The stew is wish me happy birthday and gave me a birthday card. Everything was first class. Thank you.

Again, I was presented with birthday pastries two times as a celebrated my birthday on both legs of my trip. I will keep flying to China using China Eastern airlines. As they made this trip a special one thank you.

It was my birthday while I was on the flight on China eastern airlines. They celebrated my day by giving me a personalized birthday card and also a very delicious pastry. I was surprised and thankful by the China Eastern crew! The whole staff was kind and professional? My second flight into China and the most memorable! Thank you-

A lot of value considering the cheap ticket prices. All meals served were Chinese food. Would fly them again considering the ticket was half the price of any others
