Boarding was too soon because we arrived 10’ after boarding began and they were already giving ‘final call’. We just made it. We were at gate 35 minutes before the flight. Also, the departure communication board did not list the flight at all so we didn’t know boarding had already started.

I am a bit upset with the check in counter, I signed up a wheelchair for my mom so they wouldn’t grant us her boarding pass. We got to the airport a couple of hours earlier and they had us wait and no one ever gave us her boarding pass or the wheelchair, I had to go back and complain when it was already time for our flight to board. Since we got their earlier, I could have easily pushed my mom myself and we could have relaxed and went to the lounge while waiting… when I finally got someone to help us he couldn’t explain how and why they dismissed us in the first place.
The plane had a technical problem it would delayed 10 hours but they just gave limited information and put all passengers into the Miracle lounge. Ther were not enough chairs and so on.
Ensure there is a choice of food for all customers and also enough food

Flight was good but they cancelled return direct flight so they provide us connecting flight through hanoi
Jetstar was terrible. They left us without boarding passes for the connecting flight for several hours, for no reason. They should have given us the boarding passes for the connecting flight, but instead we were stuck in a “customs limbo” in Ho Chi Minh airport until very shortly before we were to board. No reason for them not to give us the connecting boarding passes.
The flight was delayed and changed of boarding gates without notifying the passengers; no updates on electronic boards. Everyone had to wait for a very long time and tired. No food was served even though our ticket covered a dinner set. I got to my hotel after midnight. Terrible experience with this flight
Late departure, late arrival, and personal items on laps during takeoff and landing. Departure gate opened on time, but no direction as to whether to board at front or rear of plane based on seat number. Fashionable staff with sunglasses inside the plane and cockpit remained for ten minutes after the boarding complete announcement. For a scheduled 80 minute flight, adjusted to 65 minute as noted on takeoff; the total time on the plane with delays was r more than two hours. No confidence had there been an emergency that anyone would have been able or aware of what to do.
The flight was OK, but you need to warn passengers going to Vietnam that the full first, middle and last name needs to be in the issued visa, At least 5 passengers on that pane did not have that. We all had to pay $298 each to some agent to amend the visa. At least one lady could not and was left behind.
If there could be simple free food or snack or some entertainment.

Seats too small and tight. Flight attendants don't know how to deal with family with noisy kids on board.

Vietjet still requires CASH(!?!?!) payments at NRT to pay for increased baggage allowance. No other modern carrier requires their customers to pay ground staff in cash. It's 2024...make the check-in experience better, simpler, more efficient for your ground staff and, more importantly ,for your passengers by offering CREDIT CARD payment option!
The plane stayed hot the entire time, no leg room, no entertainment. Definitely a budget airline experience.
Flight was okay. Seats were a bit cramped and not that comfortable, especially for a 7-hour flight, but you get what you pay for. Food has to be bought also so plan ahead. But if you can tolerate it then it’s not a bad deal! Staff are nice too.
Flight has change gate in the last moment and announce last call . Our experience is we are booked flight from Dps to ho - Vietnam .my flight actual time was 2:05 pm but flight departure 1 pm . Service was not good
