The staff was great. I also like the movie selection was great. Lastly, it I appreciated the fact that wine was a drink selection.
The experience was poor in comparison to the flight to Manado from Singapore via Scoot. Gate against could only check in stroller to Singapore (by clearing immigration) or to Brisbane. Who is able to carry their baby for 7 hour transit without having to enter Singapore?
Too many luggages for 1 passenger (4 bags) will make all the overhead luggage bins a challenge to fit them all. Some have oversized hand carry as in like back packer size bags shouldn’t be allowed as handcarry.
Great to have actual hot tastey meal on a flight. Well done
A pc of cake or biscuit at least. The airport was like a maze need to take another bus to the main terminal to immigration.

I cancelled my family 2023 international vacation because you guys double booked me with the same date, passengers, airlines and just hours difference and did not want to refund me at the right time and then finally cancelled the extra booking! Cancelling the booking that I personally booked! And you guys kept the unauthorized booking! This experience was really bad! Ruined everything! Never again I will book with kayak , me , my family , my friends and most importantly I will advocate to everyone to make sure not to book with Kayak! None existing customers service! Only 3rd provider that serve only their company and not the travelers!!!!!!
Airport lounge for business class is too crowded and not comfortable. Poor foods and facilities. Boarding was delayed. A lot of coughing people in the flight even in the business class, which indicated poor screening and health risks.
Food quality and serving frequency was poor. Travel kit was not provided. Flight was very bumpy. Overall, not a good experience.
It we as a pleasant flight. Good helpful and happy cabin crew. Food was okay, not to write home about. Drinks good. Entertainment okay.. Seat space good , comfort acceptable

Overall, excellent: check-in, boarding, service, and food. The Business Class seating is a little less private and spacious than the world's premier airlines, but still very good for a long haul flight.
It's terrible that we can't do online check in because we didn't buy the tickets directly from Air china. It was not explained until I contacted Chatdeal and we could not sit together.
Chinese flight attendants didn't speak english well. They didn't care enough to remember that I (east asian who isn't Chinese) wasn't Chinese and spoke English. Announcement in english on board was poor and I find it very difficult to understand what was announced. Also, a cabin bag allows only 5kg!
Everything was not satisfactory - the flight was delayed, staffs were ok but they didn't speak English well. I am from east Asia (not Chinese) and they didn't care enough to remember that I wasn't Chinese but persistently spoke chinese to me. The flight announcement in english wasn't clear to understand.
The flight is not bad, but the Business Lounge is not big enough for the quantity of people they accept and there is a limited options for food and beverages.
It was simply bad and on top of that my luggage hasn't been delivered until now. They can't even localize it which is just unacceptable when they are supposed to scan the bar code they put when we check in
We bought premium Economy, thinking it would be more comfortable, but the seat is so narrow ,that my legs and feet are swollen , I can't wear shoes !
On time. Great service, friendly crew. Great food. Everything went without a hitch. We will not hesitate to fly Turkish Airlines again.

The crew were very hospitable and pleasant. The food was pretty good. Unfortunately, there was a flight delay of more than 2 hours. We're not sure why but it appeared to be outside the control of Turkish Airlines.
The Etickets had been changed (Why?) without notice ; Hence, that caused troubles when checking in. Not until I contacted my ticket agent and was given correct Etickets could I then check in.
Turkish Airlines apparently no longer gives you 2 checked bags allowance on international flights, so that pleasure cost me $165 for my second suitcase at the airport. On top of that, they damaged that very suitcase, which happens to be a designer one and part of a set - ripped one of the four wheels right off.
I did not like the quality of the food and there was no snacks offered between meals.
United failed me in cancelling flight to Chicago. Then put me on American Airlines standby to Miami for onward connection to RMO via IST. Standby failed. They looked me for Sunday morning 24 hours late at this point). Made it to Miami but Turkish airlines cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook the flights for the following day ! I went to United, spent two hours negotiating with Mr Ruis ? Who said he could do anything for me as he could fix problems that United caused in Miami. He suggested I call the 800 number. When I managed to.get through on my 6th call, I was on hold 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for an agent when the call was cut off by United phone system. I went back to American. At last a lady , who had zero responsibility in this fiasco, helped me to find a replacement flight that night with Polish airlines to RMO through Warsaw at a cost of $968 including bag charge. I booked it with only a few hours to spare. The lady at American helped to recover and redirect my checked suitcase that had arrived in Miami a day earlier United customer service were awful. United partner Turkish airlines were horrendous and took zero responsibility. I ended up being late to my appointment overseas by 45 hours with zero compensation, no food vouchers, no replacement flights until I found one and paid for it myself. I reporting the entire fiasco to the secretary of state for Tennessee for law violations and refusal to remedy and compensate. I now need help to extend the trip by two days but United are not responding to communications
The inflight Wi-Fi was poor or non-existent however the entertainment system was good. The staff are good and effective but don’t really relate well to the travellers (a smile and a “how are you” would not go astray). Not the worst airline, but if they improve they could be leaders.
Good entertainment system, but the person in front of me was so far reclined I couldn’t use it all flight. The main selections of the food were really not great. The rest was okay. The cabin was also freezing. I had a jacket and a blanket on and was still shivering through the whole flight. I have a cold now after the flight. 🥶

Lobster starter in business class was not good, tough, served cold, and without butter. Movie selection was missing latest releases, did not offer older classic, high quality movies
Crew and food was good, ok leg room if you don’t have a big box under the seat. And the seats are so narrow (I’m only 70kg), will consider an alternate airline next time
Seat experience average as they use old 777 for must flights despite full load. Qr fares are higher than other airlines for same routes so they should at least upgrade the planes . Food is average and same dishes for months on most routes I travelled at least - the Arabian rice dish “Maqboos” on every flight for months - I am sure there are other food Arabian dishes ?? It’s become boring ! Crew is always good which makes up for these things but hey confirm us what we need
My carry on bag was taken by Alaska Air as we boarded in LAX! She said there was not room. There was plenty of room. I told her that my meds and personal items were in it. She did not care. She said it would be sent to my final destination, Nairobi. Well it got to Nairobi the day I was to fly home. The handle of my bag was crushed so could not retract. So I had to remove it. I had to buy converters, malaria medication. personal items. I filled out the missing form at the Nairobi airport. I asked that it be shipped to the Kisumu airport. When it was obviously not going to make it for my time in Kenya. I asked that it be sent to John Wayne Airport. NONE of that happened. I only knew it was at Nairobi because my air tag indicated it was finally in Nairobi the day I was leaving Kenya! Now I need to purchase a new carry on bag!!!
To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.
Qatar Airlines code share with Indigo has been a terrible experience for me on these notes: 1. Indigo changed by flight without informing me of the change, they did not ask me if I am okay with the change. I discovered this change when I was trying to do online check-in through the Qatar mobile app. When I called Qatar customer support, they mentioned Indigo changed my flight due to the original flight being cancelled, but the fact is that flight was scheduled and departed correctly, it was never cancelled. 2. When asked why my flight was changed without informing me, they mentioned that they sent email/phone call to my travel agent, and it is was my travel agent that did not inform me, which again was another false statement. 3. I called Qatar Airlines (third call on the day of my trip) to request them to put me back on the same flight, they mentioned that they could for an extra $2500, as the original class I was booked on was not available, we are still talking economy only not business class, I said no way. 4. I called the travel agent, and they mentioned that they will work with Indigo and asked me to be prepared to travel on the later flight I was bumped to. While I was making my hotel/taxi arrangements for the new flight, I got a call and email saying they were able to get me on the original flight with no extra cost. So, after 2+ hours of talking to customer support, and a lot of stress on my last day of vacation, I flew back as originally scheduled, but this nightmare is just a horrible experience that I will never fly on Indigo/Qatar again. It was an American Airline flight from Doha to Philadelphia. AA121 November 6, 2023. One heavy set female flight attendant was rude. She just tossed our wraps on our tray. I saw her busy with her cell phone in the back while the restrooms were all filthy. She was obviously not happy with her job or just lazy. My husband used the restroom even before the plane took off in Doha and it was already smelling of urine. There was hair on the box of our wrap. Good thing our wrap was inside a box! The hair was consistent with the hair of one of the flight attendants. Flight attendants should have their hair up.
Awful , hidden charges for the luggage was a very awful thing, very much a scam , booking the flight thinking the luggage was included was definitely a scam , then the girl that was taking my luggage Ayrlease the airport was an absolute awful , telling me if I don’t have money to take my luggage with me I can just throw it away , how professional, NEVER AGAIN .

Food was very good. Again tray could use a non-skid mat. I had a regular seat - comfortable - able to sleep undisturbed. Boarding was uneventful.
