Th tray was dirty when pulled it out. Still oily and food stains can clearly see last trip cleaner did not clean well. The toilet sink water did not drain quickly enough.
Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Crew is very attentive. Another new airbus 350-900 plane. Very modern.
Passengers were confused and freaking out coz the flight information wasn’t showing on the board that was running with all the departing flights. B9 gate was still showing Cathay Pacific bound for HK 15:50 was on until 22:07. STARLUX staff cameater but didn’t let the passengers go in to pre departure area until 22:45 for the 23:30 boarding time
The aircraft is fairly new. The screen is big and it's great to enjoy movies on a long haul flight. However, the food quality , and drink and snack selections, have room for improvement.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!
Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.
From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.

The soft service on EVA was superb from the quick and attentive flight attendants, to the turn down service, and excellent food. This all made my 11 hour flight very comfortable and relaxing.
Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Excess baggage fees are outrageous ($250 per bag). Flight crew and planes are nice.
We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.
Well, we upgraded and on a 14 hour flight not sure how we would tolerate it otherwise. The upgrades are ridiculously expensive and even with empty seats even in first class it was difficult to upgrade. Probably won’t fly China Air again due to this. The attendants tho were much better than the airlines in the states and there attentiveness and care for your comfort far exceeds other airlines in the states.
Flight attendants. Food, entertainment and most of all, be on time.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.
The flight was uneventful and the crew was kind and professional. Really appreciate the option to order a vegan meal for the flight!

My luggages were lost and the service attendant was extremely unprofessional. Despite presenting my luggage claim slips, the attendant stated she had “no record” of my bags and made no meaningful effort to assist. When I explained that the luggage contained our family’s complete scuba diving equipment, her response was dismissive, stating that she “didn’t care.” While lost luggage is frustrating on its own, the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy significantly worsened the situation.
Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!
A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.
Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.
