Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼
Loved the boarding process. All airlines should board from the back to the front. Very efficient. Food was excellent, crew were great, seats were spacious and comfortable and the entertainment screen was the best I have seen.
Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.
The staff in air and on land went above and beyond! I would definately recommend and we will fly Starlux again!

Someon vomit during boarding. My seat was next to the vomit. I asked crew member to switch seat, but they said it was a full flight. I had my baby with me. My baby got sick after the flight. He was in the hospital for 2 days.
Excess baggage fees are outrageous ($250 per bag). Flight crew and planes are nice.
We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.
Seats. there's no way to go to the washroom when you’re seated in the middle without bothering the person beside you.
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!
Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

Service in BKK was very good at answering our question about our canceled flight from Taipei to San Francisco. Did like the lead time about the canceled flight from Taipei to San Francisco and was not given the best options.
The crews are very efficient. Other airlines should learn from them when it comes to boarding and departing from the airplane. They also display efficiency in serving meals. They don't keep the aisles blocked for hours like some other airlines. The food is poor. Generally the food was unrecognizable and poorly prepared. The only thing that made it better than US flag carriers is that there was a fresh fruit bowl with each meal.

The flat bed full lying position is not comfortable at all, this could be improved, it is at an awkward position which i dont have the same issues with other airlines business class.

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.
