Excellent. Airline was very clean, staff was excellent, very professional. Economy seats were still large and comfortable. Meals were included and with good options. We were given a blanket and pillow as well as a comfort kit including an eye mask, ear plugs, and tooth brush. Would highly recommend.
Business Class is exceptional, from the lie flat seats to the wide range of food on board. Can’t wait for our next journey with Starlux!
Th tray was dirty when pulled it out. Still oily and food stains can clearly see last trip cleaner did not clean well. The toilet sink water did not drain quickly enough.
Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Crew is very attentive. Another new airbus 350-900 plane. Very modern.
Passengers were confused and freaking out coz the flight information wasn’t showing on the board that was running with all the departing flights. B9 gate was still showing Cathay Pacific bound for HK 15:50 was on until 22:07. STARLUX staff cameater but didn’t let the passengers go in to pre departure area until 22:45 for the 23:30 boarding time
The aircraft is fairly new. The screen is big and it's great to enjoy movies on a long haul flight. However, the food quality , and drink and snack selections, have room for improvement.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline

Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.

My luggages were lost and the service attendant was extremely unprofessional. Despite presenting my luggage claim slips, the attendant stated she had “no record” of my bags and made no meaningful effort to assist. When I explained that the luggage contained our family’s complete scuba diving equipment, her response was dismissive, stating that she “didn’t care.” While lost luggage is frustrating on its own, the lack of professionalism and lack of empathy significantly worsened the situation.
Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!
A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.
