Crew were decent. For 14+ hour flight, the leg room was cramping, the food is terrible, no flavor, no taste. I wouldn't fly this airline again just dreading about their bland, flavorless food offerings. It was cheap flight, arrived early in jfk but waited > hour to get to the gate. Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

amazing service for a 4hr flight, great selection of movies and music, blanket options, good toilets

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.

It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.

Check-in was tedious. They could just have used the electronic boarding passes and counter checked the passengers’ names in their manifest. What’s the use of the early checkin if we still have to queue at the only 1 functioning checkin counter!

You have to get a physical boarding pass even if you check in online. Plan for open air boarding with steps. They were strict on luggage at the counter (1 checked bag only), but then checked additional bags at the gate, for free. Snacks and drinks, including water, are for a fee. Staff were friendly and the seats were comfortable.

froze to death on flight 3rd world at Cebu airport.

supposed the boarding time is 7:00pm and its already 7:15 yet noone is announcing or haven't received email that the flight is delayed. noone cares actually the plane haven't arrived yet, I asked the crew instead of them telling the passengers

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
