Then they finally came back and said that per their schedule, the first flight out is on ANA is at 6:45, not 7. And the reason why they couldn't find it is because it was only code share ANA but operated by Philippines airlines. As a result I missed my flight, missed my work and had to deal with co sequences. When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

The leg room was not made for corn fed Americans.
Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.

Cons: "The flight was on time. The food was disgusting. Ordered chicken adobo and it came in a form that I guess even a dog won’t eat it! Even my cat food looks much better, and it has the sauce. Their adobo missed the... adobo sauce. Flew twice with them but nah. Not gonna do it again. And I’ve got more than 10 low cost companies. Cebu too. And all European low costs. Cebu, is much much better than airasia. At least their food is delicious and you have enough space."

Cons: "Both flights were delayed for over an hour. They did not report all the delays to the flight status sites. I think it was in an effort to keep their on time percentages higher. Choose a different airline if you prefer to be on time."

Cons: "First flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. Second flight was delayed 3 1/2 hours. Seats were very uncomfortable. Head rest doesn't adjust. Lost my phone on the airplane back to Manila. I tried to call Air Asia, and they sent me to airport lost and found. Airport lost and found sends me to Air Asia,........... after about 10 times of doing that I finally got an Air Asia rep on the phone to take me seriously. But she didn't see too concerned or interested in finding my phone for me. I told her to check the plane, and contact me if they found it or not....... NO reply! So I called back the day after, and again, got the run around...... Now, this second assistant I told the same thing. No communications or customer care with this airline. I worked for the airlines for 14 years, and I could check a plane for a cell phone in about 10 minutes, and get back to you... Air Asia that's like pulling hens teeth!"

Cons: "Our helper who got the ticket were made to pay for her carry-on baggage because the allowance was only 2 kilos. The penalty was almost the price of the ticket. I already paid for the check in baggage which is around a third of the ticket cost. Next time you know, you will pay just to use the toilet."

Cons: "4+ hour delays with no explanation, NO FOOD THAT YOU DON'T PURCHASE, and the always present exorbitant baggage fees. You get NO checked bag for your standard fare. You must pay to check ANY bag, and that payment doesn't cover much weight. Anything overweight is WAY too expensive. They also want to weigh your carry-on, to make sure you're not using a carry-on bag to beat their crappy baggage fees."
Pros: "I got a call a few weeks ahead to say my flight time had been changed to a half hour ahead of schedule. That was nice for a heads up."
Cons: "However, it's a good thing we arrived at the airport 4 hours in advance (had nothing else to do...) because our flight was actually 2 hours ahead of schedule. Also, we sat on the tarmac for an hour. This was to be expected though, because it's manila."

Cons: "Plane was unsafe, engine was making unacceptable clanking sound before taking off, totally unacceptable, airline canceled flight before time and rescheduled the time, then left an hout late after the new time on runway, the process of terminals is also not clear as to where you myst go , worst airline experience i have ever had, would never recommend to anyone .... Airport ground staff are not too helpful"

Cons: "I suspect you cancelled the earlier flight because you didn't have enough passengers. Why don't you have passengers? Because they never know if you will leave on time or be 3 or 4 hours late. That is bullshit. You have an earlier flight but then decide to combine two flights into the later. For those of us who like to plan our business trips this is impossible. I am slated to leave Friday but have no idea if I will get to the airport and have to wait six hours or not. Will you pay for my beer in the bar, at HK$75 each while I wait."
