Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼
Loved the boarding process. All airlines should board from the back to the front. Very efficient. Food was excellent, crew were great, seats were spacious and comfortable and the entertainment screen was the best I have seen.
Flight cancelled due to inclement weather yet rival airline EVA Air with the same route departed 2 hours later and landed safely while our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 36 hours later.
The staff in air and on land went above and beyond! I would definately recommend and we will fly Starlux again!

Someon vomit during boarding. My seat was next to the vomit. I asked crew member to switch seat, but they said it was a full flight. I had my baby with me. My baby got sick after the flight. He was in the hospital for 2 days.
Excess baggage fees are outrageous ($250 per bag). Flight crew and planes are nice.
We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.
Seats. there's no way to go to the washroom when you’re seated in the middle without bothering the person beside you.
It was very long way flight but its good I like the food they serve in EVA air its really good!
Although the flight was slightly delayed, it was well communicated with the passengers. The staff are all nice and accommodating, the pilot are very good. I didn’t realize that the plane was on the ground already. It landed smoothly. I’ll for surely recommend EVA Air to my friends.

Service in BKK was very good at answering our question about our canceled flight from Taipei to San Francisco. Did like the lead time about the canceled flight from Taipei to San Francisco and was not given the best options.
The crews are very efficient. Other airlines should learn from them when it comes to boarding and departing from the airplane. They also display efficiency in serving meals. They don't keep the aisles blocked for hours like some other airlines. The food is poor. Generally the food was unrecognizable and poorly prepared. The only thing that made it better than US flag carriers is that there was a fresh fruit bowl with each meal.

A shameful national carrier. Service has gone down from the highs of a decade before. You don’t feel the Filipino hospitality. It’s an aging fleet. Nil comfort, and I flew premium economy.

Not a good experience. They did not have the food I ordered in advance. The crew is not offer a second snack on a 5 hour flight. The WiFi was either not working or was very difficult to connect to.
The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
