However, i recieved an email from EVA airlines AND Kayak around 9 PM stating that my flight was on time... the airport was closed!! Terrible organization... overall a really bad experience."

So, because of there actions, I will most likely fly with them again."

Dealing with customer service on the ground at the Manila airport was also terrible - they just kept saying they had to ask someone else who had to ask someone else, then changed the subject and did the same thing with an unrelated question until we got so fed up we left. It took 40 minutes for a bus to come to transfer us from terminal 1 to 2."

Taiwanese people take the longest of any nationality to board a plane (they have a series of "pre-seating" maneuvers which cause huge backups). Despite this, the flight attendants politely humored them and were not pushy. Had this happened in the US, the flight attendants would have told them to sit down, get out of the way, and do their aisle stretching exercises and random meanders around the plane AFTER all passengers had been seated!"

When she arrived in Bangkok she went immediately to the Emergency Room and received treatment. I am appalled at the indifference of the members of the boarding crew that didn't offer assistance to my wife."

The cabin flight stewardess in her navy blue top and jeans asked me to sit down when she saw me standing at the front of the plane while the plane was cruising. There was no turbulence at that time, the seat belt sign was off and the captain did not announce a need to stay seated with the seat belt on. I explained that my back and left leg hurts so I needed to stretch, shake it off and stand. She insisted that I sit for my safety. I did not argue because I did not want to cause trouble. Then I asked her for the toilet which was behind her, hidden as she keeps the curtain pulled around the toilet and galley. She directed me to the tail of the plane when I am seated at #28B at first row at the front of the plane, 4-5 steps away from me. She kept still, standing in front of the toilet until I walked away to the back of the plane. Again, I did not complain nor argue. I thought to myself that maybe the front toilet if off limits to passengers. Then later when I returned to my seat, I watched all other passengers who appear of her same race and talked same language as hers, pull the curtain covering the toilet and galley, use the toilet and get drinks from her freely. I felt very offended that I was not allowed to use this toilet as every one else have and did not receive the same friendly service as those passengers. I wanted to keep to myself about this but I realized I was treated unequally. So I told her that I was offended that she directed me to the back of the plane to use the toilet while everyone else used the front of the plane toilet. I also told her I felt I was not treated equally and felt very hurt. She kept apologizing after I explained how I feel but her apology does not take away the fact that I was treated differently and unequally. I advised her that she should not treat her passengers as if we are ignorant of flying, of our rights and of flying etiquette. She kept apologizing every time she passes by me throughout the flight but this did not ease my feelings at all. This was the last blow to my dissatisfaction with this trip beginning with the 2-hour flight delay. With many other airlines flying to Clark airport in the Philippines, I choose not to fly Jin Air again. In fact, I already booked with another airline today for my next trip with my family in 6 months for a wedding. I will not recommend Jin Air to everyone I know."

Food was disgusting. Hard to determine where the plastic finished and the pasta started. There was no service, other than dumping a hot plastic box in your lap."

The explanation that I got that "we need to balance the plane" is whitewash. It's clearly to push peopel to buying the premium service. But when you do that at the price of alienating people, you've done them and yourself a disservice. Time to rethink!"
Pros: "Scoot Business is excellent value for money. 35 seats at the front of a Dreamliner with comfortable seats and some recline. The flight took off on time and landed in Sydney on time. I will go again."

Cons: "The manager at the ticket office harassed my friend about his VISA- wasted 2 hours of our time saying his visa was not valid when it was. Then she finally gave him a boarding pass. As we hit the gate, she chased us down to yet again, say he couldn't board because of the same reason. She told him when he got back to Hyderabad that he would be charged as a criminal & be held in a cell all alone without a way to commicate to others. It was absolutely absurd!! We made it back to Hyderabad and like we knew the whole time, his VISA was fine."

Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.

We could have taken our time getting from one terminal to another and saved on an expensive taxi ride had we known. The crew were being unreasonable to a couple of passengers for moving to an empty row. Seems like that would do the plane a favor by evening out the weight distribution."

Their adobo missed the... adobo sauce. Flew twice with them but nah. Not gonna do it again. And I’ve got more than 10 low cost companies. Cebu too. And all European low costs. Cebu, is much much better than airasia. At least their food is delicious and you have enough space."

I will never fly with Air Asia again and will advise friends and family to avoid Air Asia."

They moved our flight time up 2 hours, canceled all the later ones,and they were 30 minutes away from where we landed 1 1/2 hours before. We called and got no help. Had to pay $25 for a ripoff taxi to get us there on time. Then they were 40 minutes late anyway. No complimentary anything, no water nothing just buy buy buy."

We were supposed to land in Kalibo at 6.40pm, and didn't arrive until 1.15am!! The even more annoying thing is that i paid double the cost of the evening flight to arrive at our original time, I should have just taken the ferry at least then we could have enjoyed the near 12hour journey it took us to travel less than hour hour in the plane!! Poor piece of food whilst waiting 9 hours also!!"
Cons: "The flight was delayed twice adding up to a five hour delay. The crew gave no reason , no apology, complete lack of communication was astounding. When i mentioned it to other travel agents they all said the same thing, Air Asia is always delayed, i was told to use other airlines. Indeed, while awaiting my flight to Manilla I saw 2 Philippines Air flights depart on time. One of my fellow travellers had given themselves7 hours between flights and missed their flight to Dubai because of the delay."

Cons: "I received 3 emails alerting me to the fact the flight was delayed. The first blamed operations and estimated a 45 minute delay, the next 2 had the same explanation but with a 1.5 hour delay. The final count was almost 5 hours. The terminal was sterile looking with awful lighting, and uncomfortable benches. There was no wifi (free or for a charge), and updates from the ground crew were few and far between and generally only happend after a question from a customer . They provided a meal due to the delay(there is no food in the terminal except a small kiosk that closed earlier that evening), but a greasy chicken leg and ball of white rice don't do much to make up for losing 4 hours of sleep before a 20 hour trek to America the next day (rather the same day as we got in at 330 am). We will never fly through manila or kalibo again as a result of this trip, and never again fly airasia."
