Boarding from DOH to SYD the Business Class were pointed in a separate gate but no one there to receive us. Otherwise it was ok.
Seat experience average as they use old 777 for must flights despite full load. Qr fares are higher than other airlines for same routes so they should at least upgrade the planes . Food is average and same dishes for months on most routes I travelled at least - the Arabian rice dish “Maqboos” on every flight for months - I am sure there are other food Arabian dishes ?? It’s become boring ! Crew is always good which makes up for these things but hey confirm us what we need
To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.
Excellent will be flying again in May with Qatar. to Botswana.
Qatar is the worst airline experience I had in a long time traveling business class, I believe the hype is all paid for by bloggers.

The seats did not have foot rest. If there is no foot rest you can’t sleep.
Sitting arrangement is very poor and for entertainment options for Bollywood fans , need to add more movies and Hindi TV shows . Bcz mostly Indian people are spend more money to fly with Qatar so for their better entertainments please add more good TV shows . Thank you
Cabin crew The only issue was that there was no space for our carry on luggage near our seats We had to put our luggage in a different wing And when I went to collect it, none of the crew knew where they placed our luggage
Liked the presentation and the seats. Did not care for the crew, they were efficient but not friendly and did not check if we needed anything
We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.
My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏
Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up
The best airline food being served for business travellers. Excellent food.
Boarding was much delayed, and there was no explanation ( obviously they were waiting for something or someone. ) Passengers were all crowded at the gate with anxiety. On the plane, the crew worked very hard on checking for safety and serving delicious food. They were polite and courteous.
Amazing, great airlines to go in business class. Hospitality is amazing. Food is great and lounge in Istanbul is at another level.
There many good things about the flight but What could be better is the seat room after a chair reclines in the row ahead of you.
Good entertainment system, but the person in front of me was so far reclined I couldn’t use it all flight. The main selections of the food were really not great. The rest was okay. The cabin was also freezing. I had a jacket and a blanket on and was still shivering through the whole flight. I have a cold now after the flight. 🥶
Very friendly crew and a very clean plane. The entertainment system was great with films worth seeing. It's difficult to be critical.
Connecting flight was cancelled due to strike and the earliest they could rebook us was 4 days later.
Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.
Frankfurt to Washington DC on Lufthansa served a snack on the flight that was veal cutlets. Very risky choice to serve on board. I chose not to ate them for a variety of reasons but I hope Lufthansa chooses differently in the future.
Never happened. We are still in Frankfort 3 days now with 2 children and no food or money. Flights canceled and delayed 10 times and counting.
The flight was delayed by an hour. We had a connection in Frankfort continue to JFK. After boarding, we heard that the Tower had put us on hold. We waited another hour before taking off. We missed our connection had to stay at a hotel woke up at 4:30 to make our rebook. Instead of being home on Sat at 8pm, we arrived on Sunday 2pm. On 4 hours sleep. Great !! I would like to avoid Lufthansa at all costs. They did not stand up for their screwup on the delay.

Connecting flight was cancelled. No ability to contact anyone from customer service on Kayak or Chatdeals side. Still stranded. SO NOT GREAT EXPERIENCE USING YOUR SERVICE
