Liked the presentation and the seats. Did not care for the crew, they were efficient but not friendly and did not check if we needed anything

Food and crew were superb. I flu with a 777 which has old TV screens. Although the movie selection was very good, screen was not sharp enough to wacht a movie
We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

Boarded via bus instead of the air bridge Had to wait 10mins in the bus at the tarmac before we were allow to go up
The best airline food being served for business travellers. Excellent food.
Boarding was much delayed, and there was no explanation ( obviously they were waiting for something or someone. ) Passengers were all crowded at the gate with anxiety. On the plane, the crew worked very hard on checking for safety and serving delicious food. They were polite and courteous.
Inflight wi-fi is below par and difficult to access.
Good entertainment system, but the person in front of me was so far reclined I couldn’t use it all flight. The main selections of the food were really not great. The rest was okay. The cabin was also freezing. I had a jacket and a blanket on and was still shivering through the whole flight. I have a cold now after the flight. 🥶
It was very good. It was a long flight and being a tight with little leg room.
Seat experience average as they use old 777 for must flights despite full load. Qr fares are higher than other airlines for same routes so they should at least upgrade the planes . Food is average and same dishes for months on most routes I travelled at least - the Arabian rice dish “Maqboos” on every flight for months - I am sure there are other food Arabian dishes ?? It’s become boring ! Crew is always good which makes up for these things but hey confirm us what we need

Overall experience was OK. Seats were truly uncomfortable for such a long flight. Food quality was mediocre at best. The staff was great though!
To many ads. 3 or 4 between each movie. All repetitive, all related to Doha which I was just passing thru.
Boarding process was terrible. Will not travel Qatar Airways if I had an alternative. The food was one of the worst, even for airline food.
The boarding process was unpleasant. We had hardly any checked baggage, but they insisted on weighing the cabin baggage. While the weight of our cabin bag was well within limit, it seemed petty! The food was pretty disgusting. I had such awful food on the way over, that I brought some snacks of my own for the flight back. Glad I did. Qatar was consistent in that food was just as terrible on the way back as it was on the way over. The flight attendants were super-nice, though. If I had an option I would not take Qatar Airways again.
Everything was top notch. Only issue was the delay, but Qatar worked diligently to get me on the next flight. They were kind to walk me to their lounge in Doha to make sure I ate, slept and showered.
Was worse than a low cost carrier. Experience needs to be better for the price paid.
Cabin crew The only issue was that there was no space for our carry on luggage near our seats We had to put our luggage in a different wing And when I went to collect it, none of the crew knew where they placed our luggage
Connecting flight was cancelled due to strike and the earliest they could rebook us was 4 days later.

Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.
I was unable to check in online. When I attempted to do so from the app and Luftansa website, I was directed to Niko.hr which I found out was fraught with errors. The kiosk at airport was not working. I had to wait in line to check in which was inefficient
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.
My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
When we were boarding, we needed to go the desk and give the address of our final destination. While giving our address, I was yelled at because the woman at the desk couldn’t understand that I was giving her our US address. I kept giving her our street address and she couldn’t understand and she yelled “listen lady, I need your address. Just write it down!” I wrote down exactly what I had been telling her.
