Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama

Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.

The service was non existent . Crew did very little didn’t even answer call button . Premium economy in this long haul was the worst I have ever experienced . Never again flying with them .

Flight cancelled due to fog. No other flights available for 36 hours. Directed by United to book passage on another carrier, and submit receipts for reimbursement. Did that. United now states they will not reimburse. Currently out 2 grand.

Plane was so old it had cigarette butt trays in the seat

First, the bathroom was horrible. 2 bathroom stalls at a gate and no soap to wash our hands. We were sitting at the gate for an hour before they decided to check our particulars. The line was long. Boarding was chaotic. Once we boarded, we were put on the bus in the rainy and forced to stand like sandwiches in the bus. All this occurred on Christmas Day.

Delays!!! Maintain your planes so your customers don’t have to sit on their assess for over an hour on the tarmac!! Also, United app is buggy. Videos did not load. Overall a miserable experience. Flight crew was awesome though.

Needs a lot of improvement to say the least. Majorly disappointed after the service we experienced on both the Japan and China airlines.

The seats seem to be a little cramped, and there really is no entertainment unless you use your own device, which I'm not able to do. The flight from LAX to Palm Springs - passengers put small items in the overhead bins, like small backpacks, jackets, purses. When I boarded, the bin over my seat was full and I had to search to find a bin for my roller bag. I noticed hardly anyone had an item stowed under their seat. There should be more guidelines for people to follow.

They makes us feel confident on the flight. There was no any cancelation and they are really helpful with us.

Continual rescheduling of flights, inflight entertainment system did not work, staff not pleasant to interact with.

So far pal express is much better than Cebu pacific in terms of customers service and in flight crew. And on time departure and arrival . Especially if you're taking airbus 320 plane . But the small aircraft like bombardier . It usually delayed .

Biz class is way below what other airlines offer. The food was mediocre at best. A WiFi was intermittent and movies were dated. Honestly the best part of the trip was that the Mabuhay lounge in SFO was closed and they gave us pass to Air France lounge. My advise, fill up there before boarding plane.

The return flight has been a nightmare. I am stuck in Singapore right now because PAL has not managed to resolve my return to Manila. The engine blew up on take off

No power on an 11 hour flight? What a joke. Crew did not come by enough to get trash or offer water.

The charges for overweight luggage were not clear, I think I paid twice, I didn’t argue because I was traveling alone & already felt exhausted.

Was on premium economy. Aside from the space that was less than expected, everything went well

The food was ordinary, this could be improved. Sleeping was comfortable enough for several hours sleep. The layover time in Manila Mabuhay lounge for 17 hours was awful. Surely I could have been given a flight to Perth within that time on another airline. At 74 years of age I find that far too long and stressful and will probably not travel with Philippine Airlines again for that reason. The food offering on board and in the lounge was also a little underwhelming. The crew were wonderful and the flight comfort was good also.

I like the non stop flights…..saves you time. Just the food at the economy…..i wish they make it look appetizing. But otherwise, i would still fly with PAL.
