Boarding was too soon because we arrived 10’ after boarding began and they were already giving ‘final call’. We just made it. We were at gate 35 minutes before the flight. Also, the departure communication board did not list the flight at all so we didn’t know boarding had already started.
I thought I already provided this feedback. 12 hours with no wifi is unacceptable. Lay flat is nice but a bit cramped.
This was our fourth domestic flight with Vietnam Airlines, and once again we found the experience very suitable. Check-in was easy and efficient. They did take our carry-on luggage, but that was fine. I’m actually happy not to deal with it on such a short flight. The flight was just over an hour, departed on time, and we climbed above the clouds into a beautiful sunset. Even on such a short flight, they served water, which we appreciated. Luggage came out into carousel in Nha Trang in good time and off we went to meet our GRAB. Also, Vietnam Airlines have easy to locate ground level offices in cities and towns where you can get assistance with staff. I liked this service as we did go visit one in Nha Trang. We would definitely recommend Vietnam Airlines and wouldn’t hesitate to fly with them again.
Really good 👍 This was our first time flying with Vietnam Airlines. It was a short domestic flight, so no meal service, but boarding was organized and the flight departed and arrived on schedule. The flight attendants were professional and neatly presented. All in all, a very good first experience. We would recommend Vietnam Airlines.

I didnt experience it but i saw them and heard that some are not good in customer service. They dont know how to talk with respect and in a nice way.with persons who needs it. Especially with seniors and people who does not know how to speak english that much.

Everything is ok except the manner of transporting the people that includes me on a wheelchair. That was my first time cuz I was suffering from “sciatica “ and couldn’t walk well. Upon arrival at LAX it took me almost 3 hrs to get out of the airport bcuz of these wheelchairs procedures. If only I can manage to walk I should have done so OMG. Other than that so far everything is ok. THANK YOU.

Our flights were delayed multiple times and we had less than an hour connection time before our flight took off. Arrived late with only 25 minutes before next flight but no ground crew helped us to get to our next gate even though our flight crew assured us we would get some help. Transitioned to another flight in MNL terminal 1 but got stuck at security so then had to run to make connection. To top it off our luggage didnt make it either. Paid for biz class seats but did not receive biz class experience. The flight crew, food and entertainment were all excellent. We just wish we didnt feel so stressed about connection and not having luggage until the next day.
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
Leaving early was wonderful your seats are for a small person

Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.
Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..
Our flight was canceled and then moved and delayed twice and we ended up leaving almost 11 hours after our schedule.
There were only 4 out of 6 that was checked in online but we’re all able to checked in once at the airport.
Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
The leg room was not made for corn fed Americans.
Phillipines customs is so corrupt. After they made me lose my whole Thailand trip air Asia only made me wait 3 hours to get my bags and did not reschedule another flight. Philippine government treat their citizens like China and makes it horribly difficult to leave, just to leave.

Apart from the staff at the airport who were amazing the rest of the experience with scoot was disgusting a very basic flight packed and uncomfortable no consideration to a disabled traveller. And even worse from Singapore to Vienna. All about the money. Not even a complementary coffee or juice. From the airline. The staff at the airport didn't look at me as been disabled and no help not even a wheelchair was offered. The food on the plane was cheap and tasteless and expensive no entertainment on plane and WiFi which had to be paid for was intermittent at best.
Uncoordinated boarding, seat comfort is terrible, even toilet is so small that overweight people wouldn't fit in. Baggage scam with additional fees. Stay away from this airline.

Boarding took forever. It's also weird that we paid more (for preferred seats) to get on the plane last. Inflight WiFi never worked the entire trip. I want my money back.
The cosmetic condition was pretty run down. The carpets were badly worn out. Even the paint on the wings was chipped and peeled! Looks like they are running these 787s to the ground..
The crew was not customer oriented at all, even confrontational . The aircraft needs more attention to detail as far as comfort, and the 1 hour sitting at the gate with no air is inexcusable
Not clear why boarding passes could only be issued at the counter and not through the kiosk. I had already check-in on the web, so waiting to obtain a boarding pass 1.5 hours before the actual flight defeats the purpose of early web check-in.
Scoot refused to change my flight even though I had booked a flexible ticket. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 for a ticket that was only listed as $217. I complained about this to scoot and they didn't give a shite. So never again will you be getting money from me Scoot. You can Scoot off.
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY
