Like: departed and arrived on time. Unlike: Food options for purchase allways bad, 1 of 2 of the crew members not very friendly at all. Seats and leg room aweful. At this point I am thinking on switching to AA.

Our flight was delayed 2.5 hours from Lisbon to DC so we missed our connection to Seattle that would have arrived at about 9 PM. The agent initially said we had to stay overnight in DC and there were no other options to put us on to get us to Seattle. While on board I discovered a flight via American he could have put us in but by the time we arrived in DC that was sold out. We were then put on a flight to San Francisco that was also delayed then arrived in San Francisco and our flight to Seattle was also delayed so we ended up not arriving until 2:15 am. Our son could not pick us up so we ended up having to pay over $100 to Uber home. This is the second trip with United that the flight has been delayed causing us to miss an evening in Las Vegas and we were given nothing.

There were no facilities in the middle of the aircraft and premium economy was not allowed to use the business class facilities, and had to share the only two toilets at the back with economy. The upgrade to Premium was definitely not worth it

Did not like that we couldn't complete check in on-line without providing pictures of our passports. Worry about identity theft. We had no delays and boarding was handled In an efficient manner.

Vegetarian selection could be better. Bread was too hard to chew.

In general, flight attendants were not very welcoming. Because of delays in departure and luggage handling, we missed our connecting flight. Offered a later flight on standby but available seats were then taken by 4 or 5 airline crew so slept at airport and got home next day. I am a frequent traveler, and this experience was the worst.

Flight to Japan was was better across the board than the return to USA. Entertainment: Movie selection was old and not to my liking. Way too many woke choices. Not enough selections for sports or drama. Service: some of the crew were great. Not all. I paid for business class. a premium. Some of the crew thought they 'had' t do there job instead of wanting to serve and be polite. Food: Way to Japan was good. Way back to USA bad. Boarding: Wat out did not offer Business only; had to go thru general. If you pay for business, you should get business perks. Suggest you look for other than United for travel to Asia

Flight on time. Excellent service in Premium Economy. Great food served and cleaned up promptly. Unfortunately the climate control was malfunctioning and it was very cold and felt a bit like camping. Cold helps with sleep though so not complaining too much. Slept well. It asks to rate "entertainment". I do not like any IFE, don't shove a big screen in my face—I have my own phone if I want it. So this will always get low ratings.

Airport terminal was outdated, flight was on a small jet with no wifi

Good flight. However, when booked flight with United, assumed the layover included by United in San Francisco of 1 hr and 40 minutes was sufficient . Not so and would recommend at least 2 hours or more. Needed to go through US immigration (very long lineups), then pick up bags, take all the way to another terminal, running because we did not have sufficient time. We made the flight because they held the door for us but luggage didn’t follow.
