Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

Awful experience in Indigo, check in lines were very long with inadequate staffing. Had to wait in a warm stuffy plane on the tarmac as the flight was delayed.

two of our bags didn't arrive - this is nonsense given we weren't connecting from anywhere and the flight wasn't full so there shouldn't have been a weight problem. Also, business class and star alliance gold, my bags should have been prioritized.

You charged me for luggage although the airline does not- you charged me for seat when customers can pick their own seat at checkout in I travel to Europe slot and I will not use kayak again

I'm very tall so the leg room of the seats could have been a little more spacious. Otherwise, everything was excellent

We were charged for checking in our bags! One bag per person was supposed to have been included in the ticket price, and yet Turkish Airlines charged us nearly $200 per bag!

I already checked in online and provided with a window seat by default which was OK with me. When I printed the pass at the airport, I found that the seat number was different (aisle but in same row). By that time, all window seats were taken up, I am surprised that TK can unilaterally change seats after completed online checkin.

flight was full and folks coming from Dubai all wear this strong perfume (OUD) which is annoying. Also, not sure why but these fools all stand up and get ready to bail once the plane stops. they seem to all run for the door which is funny AF. Plane was a 2 4 2 configuration and kind of an older plane with USB connection. Food wasn't that great either. Not sure i'd take this airline again since i have no plans on going to Istanbul again. Emirates is definitely better if you want to go from US to DXB,

I paid $150 to upgrade to this seat. My exit row seat had ample leg room BUT the collapsable table was broken so my food tray and drinks slid over to my lap, the screen malfunctioned.
