Food we select all the airlines, but they said not selected, it’s bad experience.
My seat was so hard and uncomfortable. I took AA to Japan longer flight no tailbone pain. Coming back on JA shorter flight my tailbone was killing me no cushion on seat or just worn out.
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.
Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.
Great. Better than average US carriers on overseas flights. Still room for improvement to rise up the average Asian and Middle East airlines.
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
Service and the plane itself were terrific, but the extensive delays both before we left and after were a real pain.

Flight staff and all was fine. Food always sucks on planes so nothing new.
The flight crew were very helpful. The seats were very close together. There was barely room to sit without touching the person next to you.
I’m an EP on AA every year for more than a decade but this was a very pleasant and surprising experience. Clean and sizable plane for HOU to CHI. 5 row first class. And excellent food in first class the steak option was really good. Your flight attendants even better. Seat 5A
The entire experience convinced my wife, Cathy, and me that traveling Polaris on United is the only way we’ll fly in the future. From check-in and baggage drop to the end of the 12-hour flight, the customer service was exceptional, with numerous staff members exemplifying the very best in care. On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.
Entertainment center did not work and no electric available at seat for 11 hour flight. Didn’t have access to overhead light or call button. Food was tasteless and had a high salt (27 %) of recommended daily salt intake
It was hot and not as comfortable as the flight to Chicago. Must have been a different plane that needs to be worked on or replaced.

What would be infinitely better if for Kayak to not offer this flight as if it was completely different airlines rather than United and then filtering me through some creepy discount site.
We had a delay, but thankfully I made it to my connection. Overall it went smooth
Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.
