Luggages did not make it and no compensation whatsoever. Although announcements on plane was made for passengers with connecting flights to disembark first, reality was different as not adhered.

Great experience in business class. Plane seat configuration is dated with three seats in a row but very spacious and lie flat worked fine. Entertainment options are limited but sufficient for the flight duration. WiFi does not work. Flight attendants are awesome and food is OK.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight went very well. Cabin crew were all courteous and very helpful, always with smiles on their faces. Food was great. I always love heated nuts with wine. Flying business class with Philippine Airlines is always a pleasant experience.
