Leg room was great. Friendly crew. Food is great. Crew always kept the toilet clean.
Excellent. Airline was very clean, staff was excellent, very professional. Economy seats were still large and comfortable. Meals were included and with good options. We were given a blanket and pillow as well as a comfort kit including an eye mask, ear plugs, and tooth brush. Would highly recommend.
Business Class is exceptional, from the lie flat seats to the wide range of food on board. Can’t wait for our next journey with Starlux!
Th tray was dirty when pulled it out. Still oily and food stains can clearly see last trip cleaner did not clean well. The toilet sink water did not drain quickly enough.
Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Crew is very attentive. Another new airbus 350-900 plane. Very modern.
Passengers were confused and freaking out coz the flight information wasn’t showing on the board that was running with all the departing flights. B9 gate was still showing Cathay Pacific bound for HK 15:50 was on until 22:07. STARLUX staff cameater but didn’t let the passengers go in to pre departure area until 22:45 for the 23:30 boarding time
The aircraft is fairly new. The screen is big and it's great to enjoy movies on a long haul flight. However, the food quality , and drink and snack selections, have room for improvement.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
It was easy going check in was easy and pretty fast entertainment was up to date on movies and food was ok
Premium Economy seats were more comfortable than other airlines I have recently been on. Great staff. Food was unremarkable.
From checking at the airport to end of flights, attentive and caring personnel, comfortable seating, great food. I plan on using EVA again. Thank you, all.

Amazing one of the best airlines i have ever traveled with. I live with medical issues called psoriatic arthritis and was in pain on the flight. The flight crew made sure I had fresh ice pack ever hour. Going above an beyond with service and care ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Certain flight crew member were rude and short with me when I asked questions.
We were very impressed with the modern plane its amenities, as well as the services of flight attendants.

The crews are very efficient. Other airlines should learn from them when it comes to boarding and departing from the airplane. They also display efficiency in serving meals. They don't keep the aisles blocked for hours like some other airlines. The food is poor. Generally the food was unrecognizable and poorly prepared. The only thing that made it better than US flag carriers is that there was a fresh fruit bowl with each meal.
Seats are uncomfortable. This has been a trend in the industry for decades. Trying to fit more seats on each plane to increase profits at the expense of the passenger.
Staff were good. My seat was in need of repair, but for a short flight was not problematic. Usual basic snack and drink setup that you'll find on any US carrier. Over, a decent, basic flight.
Flight delayed for more than 16 hrs and no effort was spent to provide an alternate
We had turbulence ever 1/2 hr or so and the captains announcements were SOOOO LOUD
it was a very short flight so my expectations were low.
Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.
Very disappointing given gate agent behavior. Filed a formal complaint with United.
