Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class

I always enjoy flying with Japanese Airlines. The whole experience is always a pleasure. This flight was no exception. Thank you Kayak for making it so easy to decide.

Very smooth onboarding and offboarding. Food provided was cold and not the best.

Great. Better than average US carriers on overseas flights. Still room for improvement to rise up the average Asian and Middle East airlines.

It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.

Good the crew was nice very kind and very helpful

Very accommodating and kind airline crews. The plane is also big which makes the passengers more comfortable and relax

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

I said the boarding was just par with other airlines, but I can't think of a way to improve it.

Enjoyed all.. clean and FAs are very nice. Will most likely book again in the future.
