Always on time and flight crew were great. Boarding in Manila was a bit chaotic and disorganized compared to Incheon.
Never had a flight delay issue with Korean Air, that's why I always go with this airline.
Flight crew were very attentive and made this trip a pleasure. Plus the fact that this our first time flying business class.
Food choice could be better, plus the crew can walk around and offer snacks and drinks. Also the air-conditioning onboard blows high speed, and very cold makes the trip uncomfortable.
Always have great flight experience on Korean Air. Glad to have been able to book this on Kayak/Under Pricer this year!!

I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.

It was fine but my trip from Narita Japan to L.A kind of mediocre because did not get the assigned window seat.

I actually didn’t make it onto the flight. I spent quite a few hours trying to rebook the flight just to get screwed out of $5000. Fun!

The flight was delayed for over an hour, which made me worry about pets in cargo.

Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.
More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!
Mediocre. Nothing special. Bad airline food Never received the food I requested Slow response from ground staff concerning my wheelchair. I was left at a holding area and had to walk the distance to the gate. In Hong Kong
My biggest complaint is the comfort and no good movies to choose from. My headphones didn't work either. 😔
Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .
