Delayed, from morning flight, they moved to evening. And said, their earlier flight is already full but we can upgrade the seat
Manila airport is a dump. Very dirty and not comfortable at all
I thought the meals and meal choices were excellent. The cabin staff was helpful and as is the norm for Pinays, extraordinarily empathetic.
Going to Dumaguette 4 times in a row I was late it's terrible

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.
I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.
Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.
Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport
Kind of worried due to typhoon but yeah we can't do about nature thing. So okay naman kudos to all crews and pilots for the safe landing.
it was good experience though we wait for a minutes in the railday due to no available parking. Keep it up all..
