Assistance to getting into gate and my flight since it’s my first time flying.
This trip was canceled by the airline and we have never been repaid or rescheduled despite many inquiries.
Pros: "crew is ok, planes are good, food selection is somewhat ok, I guess it depends on a flight."
Cons: "manilla airport is awful and there is nothing that can improve that..."

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.
Cons: "I will never fly with them again they tried to charge me 114 us dollars for 1 bag. I only paid 43 dollars for my ticket.."

The new 321 aircraft is crammed like cattle car, no legroom and a backpack can barely go under the seat....no recline so very uncomfortable"

Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.

Cons: "It wasn’t so much AsiaAir as it was the terminal. Terminal 4 in Manila is a mess as far as trying to check in. There isn’t enough room for the amount of flights boarding there."

Cons: "We just landed and the two cabin crews were chatting. One passenger stood up since she couldn't hold it and that she really needs to vomit one cabin crew laughed loud when the guest went inside the restroom. Maybe the cabin crew was surprised, but it wasn't a good to see."

Cons: "Because of a delayed flight, I missed the check-in by minutes. There was no one there to help me even though YOUR flight was delayed in taking off as well. It seems increasingly the case that flights are delayed and the reservations we pay for are merely suggestions rather than a commitment by the airline. Further, when these things happen there is no compensation. The airline just keeps the money for services not rendered. The Air Asia website doesn't work. The online chat doesn't work. Nothing works from Air Asia. Of the three airlines servicing the Philippines, Cebu Pacific is the worst, followed by Air Asia, and Philippine Airlines being the best."
