My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it."

I paid for extra luggage of 40 kgs, then I unselected the assigned seating since I didn’t care where I sat, and I would rather use that money to pay for the extra luggage. I double checked several times before proceeding. At the check in counter, guess who had to pay extra because apparently the 40 kgs did not go through."
