The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.

It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Flight attendants did very well, they were all friendly and very helpful .

Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.

The flight itself was ok. However, the plane has 2 bathrooms for about 200 people. After the meal service there was a line between 10-15 people deep standing in the aisle waiting to use the bathroom. This went on for over an hour. The airlines tell us safety is their priority and to keep seatbelts on whenever on the plane but they allow a line of people to stand in the aisle for over an hour waiting for a bathroom. Absurd and unacceptable.
