Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

It was okay. I feel that Singapore Airlines isn't as good as it used to be but it's still not bad

It was fine. Nothing special but nothing went wrong so all good.

Best service airline. The cabin crew is attentive and friendly. Inflight entertainment system is good

The business class seats were very uncomfortable. When in lie flat position my legs were very restricted.

We flew business class. It was excellent. For a 6’4” individual, the seats were slightly uncomfortable for sleeping. But this is only comparison to other business class seats. Otherwise, the crew was incredibly attentive, And the service was impeccable.

Flying with Singapore airlines is always excelllent - the crew are lovely and the food too is great. It’s my number 1 airline

They are great with every aspect of customer service. Helped my elderly father and aided him with using the restroom.

No seperate security check for business class passengers and average lounge, open air, so not properly air conditioned

did not get a notification about seat selection ahead of time. We didn't end up sitting together.

In my return flight they couldn’t identify my ticket or boarding pass, I had to go to 3 different counters until I was able to get my boarding pass. The food was on, it was the bear minimum. They didn’t even recognise that I was a Muslim and can’t eat meat, chicken or pork. In one of the trays I believe they served me pork. The staff were very pleasant, but they need to be aware of their surroundings more carefully, one of them stuck her lower belly right into my face! I was shocked and very uncomfortable.

Terrible boarding experience,,food is very poor that I I . Never going book this airline again.

The back of the chair - premium economy could not move back - not worth the price

It was okay. Boarding the staff made you feel rushed like we were late or something

We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later

Wuhan - Dubai. Old plane: 1. Only USB charger. No power outlet to plug in.. 2. Super narrow seat layout 3. Toilet cover consistently fell down and hit my back when sitting on it.. :( 4. Entertainment system touch screen not sensitive, and need to press hard or use finger tips to hit. Crew were very nice and accommodating though.

No red vine, no whiskey, no vodka. No that I wanted all of them at once but still...

No good but was short flight. Both of our China Southern flights were on time. No surprises.

Quality flight from start to finish. Customer service is evidently very important to this company. The staff really exceeded expectations.
