Subject: Complaint Regarding Cabin Temperature on Flight SQ447 (DAC–SIN)** Dear Singapore Airlines Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experience on flight SQ447 from Dhaka (DAC) to Singapore (SIN). After boarding, it became apparent that the cabin air conditioning was not functioning adequately. When we initially raised the concern, a flight attendant informed us that it would take approximately 10 minutes for the temperature to cool down once the aircraft began operating. We trusted this explanation; however, the cabin remained uncomfortably warm, and many passengers—including my family—were sweating for an extended period. After approximately 45 minutes, I raised the issue again. While the attendant mentioned that adjustments had been made, the response did not reflect the seriousness of the ongoing discomfort. It was only after about an hour into the flight that the temperature finally improved and the cabin became more comfortable. I also spoke with several other passengers seated nearby, and they confirmed they were experiencing the same issue. As a frequent traveler who has always associated Singapore Airlines with high standards of service, this experience was very disappointing. It has made me reconsider choosing this route with your airline in the future. I hope you will review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that such situations are handled more promptly and professionally going forward. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Mohammed Shahriar

Wish the underseat compartment don’t have a restriction, can fit a personal item such as backpack fully like most Boeing

Best service airline. The cabin crew is attentive and friendly. Inflight entertainment system is good

I have difficulties to book wheelchair for my parents returned flight

Too many luggages for 1 passenger (4 bags) will make all the overhead luggage bins a challenge to fit them all. Some have oversized hand carry as in like back packer size bags shouldn’t be allowed as handcarry.

Great to have actual hot tastey meal on a flight. Well done

The seat comfort, the food and of course the crew, they made you feel welcome and relaxed 😊

The male traveller seated in the row in front diagonally opposite my husbands seat across the aisle as soon as the seatbelt sign went off moved across the aisle into the seat in front of my husband for the entire journey from London to Singapore he had his seat reclined and pushed back and the seat touching my husbands knees for the entire journey from London to Singapore. very uncomfortable for my husband.

I cancelled my family 2023 international vacation because you guys double booked me with the same date, passengers, airlines and just hours difference and did not want to refund me at the right time and then finally cancelled the extra booking! Cancelling the booking that I personally booked! And you guys kept the unauthorized booking! This experience was really bad! Ruined everything! Never again I will book with kayak , me , my family , my friends and most importantly I will advocate to everyone to make sure not to book with Kayak! None existing customers service! Only 3rd provider that serve only their company and not the travelers!!!!!!

Very good customer services before, & during flight. I will choose it again in the future.

Seats not comfortable. We had requested vegan meal and it wasn’t given.

Terrible boarding experience,,food is very poor that I I . Never going book this airline again.

The crew were kind, patient and responsive. The service was excellent, even though we travelled the cheapest economy class. We arrived at our destination 40 min early, which for a 15+ hour flight is a great bonus. The boarding seemed a bit "loose", but got us boarded on time, and the plane was off exactly @ 0:30 hrs.

The flight was delayed hours and most flights from CS are always delayed. Plane was efficient and got us home but not the best food and no entertainment system at all.

Not good - chair back could not move back for premium economy. Not worth the price

We were diverted to Chengdu, because of bad weather and finally made it to Chong King about 7 hours later

We bought an upgrade to Business Class at the airport but did not realise that it was not the regular Business Class. The 787 Dreamliner was very dated with the seats not as comfortable as other airlines and some things were almost coming off. We were then told that because it was an upgrade at the airport, we get to sit in the BC cabin but will be served economy class food. So when everyone else got served in china ware, we were given the tray you got in economy class. The wifi does not work. It only connects to watch movies (which is the same as what you find in the ICE) but the internet does not work. The cabin crew while were friendly, were not responsive. Overall, I will never fly China Southern again.

We bought the business class tickets. The check-in staff and onboard crew were excellent, providing commendable service throughout. However, it was disappointing to find that China Southern Airlines does not have a lounge at SFO. Instead, passengers were provided with a $35 per person food voucher, which fell short of expectations. Furthermore, the quality of the onboard food left much to be desired, marking a significant decline compared to our previous flight experience in 2019, prior to the pandemic.

Wuhan - Dubai. Old plane: 1. Only USB charger. No power outlet to plug in.. 2. Super narrow seat layout 3. Toilet cover consistently fell down and hit my back when sitting on it.. :( 4. Entertainment system touch screen not sensitive, and need to press hard or use finger tips to hit. Crew were very nice and accommodating though.

No red vine, no whiskey, no vodka. No that I wanted all of them at once but still...
